She messaged the lady that night when she got home that she wasn't happy with her hair and then it wasn't like the photos. The lady then proceeded to try to gaslight her into telling her that her hair was blonde. And that it looked just like the photo she asked for but told her to come in tomorrow at 3:30 to get it fixed. Had her come in just to tell her that it was just how she wanted it and that she needed to leave the store, totally unprofessional a horrible experience for my little sister who left the store bawling her eyes out.
