We were coming from out of state for my daughter's wedding and I found Gina on Yelp. She had great reviews, so I texted her regarding her services for my hair & makeup for the wedding day. We exchanged multiple texts, which included specific questions from her and photos of myself from me, so she'd understand my skins tone, hair, etc. I didn't have a specific "look" that I was going for and wanted a more natural look with a little bit of a "wow" factor but not super glam. She showed up with anything she could possibly need, including a makeup chair and special lighting. She was such a nice woman with a great rapport, did an amazing job, I felt great, and got tons of compliments on my hair and makeup! It rained and there were also strong winds but my makeup and hair held up to the elements. Hands down, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND GINA! I felt absolutely beautiful and confident. I went to her home to do the makeup trial and it was PERFECT!She has a way of enhancing your features that look beautiful in person as well as in photos. Best make-up artist around!!! I called Gina the week before my sister's wedding, and she was able to squeeze me in even though I called last minute. I wasn't sure what to expect since we've never had anyone do our make-up, but the experience was wonderful. Gina had an impressive arsenal of make-up, brushes, colors, and tones that had us all oohing and awing. She did a fantastic job on my sister who doesn't generally where a lot of make-up. Gina is absolutely incredible! I went to Santa Fe from out of state to attend the wedding of my son. I had every intention of doing my own hair and makeup and had actually practiced on different "looks". I was pretty excited! Of course it was very important to me to look my very best for this joyous occasion because, don't we know, pictures last a lifetime! Sadly, two weeks before the wedding (and two weeks and two days before Christmas), I was in an accident and had a broken nose and two broken arms!! I couldn't scratch my nose or touch my head, let alone get "glammed up"!! I was in a panic. After lots of Googling and calls to Salons, I was fortunate to find Gina to do both my hair and makeup. As a beautiful young mother, she certainly had lots to do the day before Christmas Eve! She arranged her schedule and postponed a shopping trip to help me, and help me she did!
