Decided to try this spot for a football Sunday. Usually hit Twin Peaks but decided to switch it up. Decent vibe, beers were cold and reasonbly priced. Had the Cajun dry rub wings to see if they compared to TPs Spicy Cajun. Not even close. They were absurdly overcooked. Like they were already cooked and thrown back in the grease to get hot overcooked. Chicken bone falling apart overcooked. The was not a hint of Cajun seasoning, none. Menu says it's a new flavor. They need to rethink this AND cook their wings fresh. That shit legit made me leave early. I won't be driving back for these choke ass wings. Not a chance. Ok..this is not a five star review for the girls. The concept of these kinds of bars that are designed to appeal to guys is all over the place: Twin Peaks, Hooters, Tilted Kilt and on and on. Having been an original patron of the original Hooters in Clearwater off of Highway 60, I can tell you how the idea of a fun stand alone restaurant, when it becomes a franchise, loses it's fun and dissolves into a corporate shadow of what it used to be. So a conference gets me out to Houston and my hotel is 100 yards from this restaurant/bar that is apparently a Dallas/Houston chain. I have been here twice, the first time is when I landed last night and I was made to feel at home. The youthful fun and almost night club type vibe (aided by a top notch hip hop DJ) is out of this world. Yes the girls tend to pal around and goof off as is mentioned in other reviews, but they are still very responsive. That's part of the fun. As far as the food is concerned it's top notch and priced right. Great! Had the Citidel chicken entree...perfect with the baked Mac Side and well executed. Shout out to the following very friendly and awesome crew: Allana, Allya,Marty...all who worked the bar like pro's, mixing some great cocktails while providing fun conversation that made me feel welcomed. Props to Kyon the manager for keeping the team on task, creating the energy and supporting a fun, energetic customer facing experience. It's loud and in your face... like a party. Another horrible experience! This time I even talked to the manager before being sat on a very slow Saturday morning. More waitresses than customers; I was the only customer at the time! I told the manager that sports bars are so clueless that I will only order water to see how the waitress interacts with me, so that if she ain't interested in a 100% tip plus, I walk out. So apparently the manager told her ( her most friendliest waitress) what I said, and to my surprise (lol) she comes to my table saying I guess you only want water? And said she would be over there if I needed her? Are you kidding me? She lied to the manager about me to protect her ass! So I called the manager on my way home and she told me what the waitress said, so I know she lied. The manager acted like I should give them another chance, but after I thought about it, now I'm worried that she or someone else will spit, blow their nose in my food, or whatever else they do when you complain! This was my first Bombshells experience, and I must say, I am less than impressed. The decor is very modern mixed with antique military gear and plenty of decommissioned bombs. Also hundreds of televisions. Looking at the menu I decided on the Double D's Burger. No where on the menu does it say what comes on the burgers, so I asked our server. She replied - in a tone reserved for people who mistakenly wear a red shirt to Target - I don't know! I was surprised to say the least and thought, ok, she's about to go ask another server/manager/kitchen, someone, when she hits me with this gem. Look at the picture on the menu, what's it look like? Well, the picture on the menu looked like it didn't come with anything. I told her, I am very allergic to tomatoes so if it comes with them please leave it off, also any mayo. Who owns this place? Can we talk? I don't think I've ever experienced anything like this. I realize they just opened but it's currently 6:12 PM and we've been here since 4:30 PM. It took nearly 39 minutes to get water and drinks. And we ordered food when we ordered drinks. Everyone ordered wings and chicken tenders - it's been well over an hour! 3 managers have come by table. We are on our third server. And people are being served all around us - most of whom have arrived since we've been sitting here - BECAUSE WE'VE BEEN HERE FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF! I don't like writing scathing reviews but this has been on the ridiculous side. I don't understand why our food didn't arrive after the first manager stopped by. Or the second? Since I started typing this review my side arrived without my chicken. I'm over this experience but my friends want to watch the game... Update: my chicken wings were bloody so I sent them back. I'm going to just finish my fried okra. And the tenders aren't served on actual plate (pictured); they are served in paper on top of a wire tray - so when we cut the tenders we cut through the paper, leaving holes in the paper and food dropped through onto the table. I really wanted this to be great because it's so close to home but I am equally disappointed and upset by this entire experience. And in case you're wondering, they did not comp the bill. read more

My family and I visited bombshells in Pearland(288 & the beltway) today and we were highly disappointed. The food was great but the service sucked big time! We were seated in a booth which had people at both booths on each side of us. We were seated for about 10 mins and no one came over to get our drink order. My husband went and got someone. Finally our waitress came over and took our order. We received our drinks just a few minutes before our food which was brought out by another waitress. We were told our waitress had a party that she was handling. She came over once and asked if we were okay. She would constantly walk over to the two booths nexts to us and literally skip over our table. We finished our food and were ready to pay and ask for to go boxes. Finally I just got up and asked for the manager. The general manager came over and I explained everything to him. Basically he just said next time we come in he will take care of us. I highly doubt it'll be a next time. Our experience today was terrible. read more

The food is amazing, service was great. I was a little shocked as we didn't know what we were walking into, short skirts and belly shirts but once we were greeted by smiling faces and great service I didn't mind it. Just a shocker first, but then you have to realize you see more than that just at the grocery store. Food was absolutely mouth watering. Our server was great and friendly. We will be returning soon! Place was super slow! For a sports bar great spot plenty of monitors, great atmosphere for watching sports, fun people. Parking was not an issue very large parking lot. There is indoor and out door seating as well. The waitress all are wearing what looks like a bikini bottom and a top showing cleavage. It looks like if you are over 25 you are too old to work there. I has the fish tacos and my buddy had a spam sandwich! He said it was good but no thanks. My fish tacos were pretty good. So you are asking why a two star rating when so for all has been good. They were crazy slow! It took almost 10 min for someone to come to our table. We ordered a beer and it to almost 30 min to get the beer! our waitress said they have a bartender in training. So we watched for a bit and the bartender(s) were back there yapping it up, on their phones texting or something, doing everything but serving customers. So I brought it to our waitress attention. Ordered a second beer it took 20 min, getting better but the place was not that busy to where they had to wait that long to get a beer! Additionally it was not that busy for them to be on their phones and yapping it up!. I did not take my frustration out on my waitress tip she was very nice and apologized. Came into restaurant. 4 waitresses/ hostess were there and I was never greeted. One walked across me without acknowledging and the other took out her phone and sat on top of the counter to the left side of the host stand. While the (one) hostess took two men to go orders. Finally, I had to intersect to ask if it was open seating. The hostess replied "yea and no. Only because I'm the only hostess right now". It was suggested that I seat myself in which I did. After going to the outside bar. I was told that they didn't have the ginger beer to make the mules (2nd visit this has happened) and when I tried ordering a second drink the bartender never came back. So I went to the bar inside. I waited for about 15 minutes to be greeted. My drink order was taken and I had to have a male sitting down next to me to get the attention of the bartender to take my order. While waiting on my order it took me trying to flag down THREE bartenders before one assisted me with my empty glass. Finally get my food and the order was wrong. I asked to speak to the manager on duty and expressed my frustrations of every visit of me coming, I have a hard time getting service when I'm alone. But when I am with a male, the workers are more attentive. He acknowledged my frustrations and told me that I wasn't the only one who has mention this type of experience and told me "next time ask for a manager sooner". Women's restroom was overflowing (it happens), but all the team did was put out don bar napkins so it ran into the dining room. I would have shut my own restaurant down if this happened. Ordered lemon pepper wings, side salad and Mac n cheese at 9:19 pm and at 10:21pm the lemon pepper wings came out with a side of lemon pepper and dry wings I wish I took the pic so you can see it. Keep in mind I ordered a side salad and Mac n Cheese which never came out. I explained it to christoper the manager he didn't apologize for our experience he just said he will take it back. You can't reserve seating here. Not sure how business savvy that is being that this is a restaurant . Future meetings will be booked elsewhere since bombshells isn't accommodating. There also extremely slow with service. But still expect gratuity with large parties. Drinks were flat last time too. read more
