I think it's a classic American diner. It has a full menu of 5/6 pages of food, dessert or drink options. There's a lot of options that you can choose from and it feels like a typical diner. The fact that it is a chain, also makes the service and the quality pretty standard and reliable to the other restaurants in that chain. It has around 80 to 90 people worth of seating. You have the options of seating at booths or at tables and they are divided by little glass walls in between each seat. There's TVs on the walls also displaying games and different sports so I'm sure you could also just go to the bar and watch different games going on at that time. I went on a Tuesday and I specifically went for their $5 pizookie deal. A pizookie is a pizza cookie. They serve it in a skillet. It is a size of a mini personal pizza but in cookie form. It was a great dessert that is shareable. I honestly could not finish a pizookie by myself so I would recommend you go with somebody. It had a scoop of ice cream on the top and that was perfect melting into the warm cookie. The chocolate chips inside the cookie were so warm and gooey and the interior was super moist. And, the bottle of wine split between two people was also fantastic. Just a super great deal for a date night or a girls night.

Space is pretty big. All the sports were on tv. Wanted to try a different kind of pizza. It was decent but not my kind of pizza. The wings were excellent. Think there's half off wings in wednesdays. The little desserts hit the spot. Would come back for the wings. Pass on the Brussels, they look crispy but was not.

People go here, on purpose? Bussers don't want to bus tables, Waiters don't want to take orders nor bring your food and drinks out. Strange place. Came in on a Thursday. Waited over a dirty hightop in the bar for about 10 minutes for someone to clear the table. No one came but plenty saw us. Asked the bartender and she sent someone over "sorry, we're busy" was the response. Shrug it off, no big deal. Waiter comes around awhile later and we put in drink orders. $9 per pint of Modelo is crazy. Any bar has twice the size for the same price. Drinks took a long time to come. We put in an order for an appetizer sampler w/ chips, guacamole, salsa, mozzarella sticks, and a pretzel w/ beer cheese. We also ordered lemon pepper wings w/ Nashville hot on the side and a side of fries ($6 for a small side of mediocre fries) and I got the chicken California Club. The food took a long time and we asked them to check on it. Suddenly, they were ready...interesting. The mains came before the appetizer. That's always a huge deduction for me. The club was the worst I've ever had. The meat was dry and flavorless. My wife's wings were pretty good but they told us she had to wait for the side of Nashville hot. Soooo, do we let the food get cold while we wait or do we eat it w/out the sauce? The app finally came and had tiny portions of salsa and cheese and chips. The guac was flavorless and the pretzel was good. When we were done we asked for 2 boxes to-go. He said he would be right back. 20 minutes pass! I asked him real calmly, "Hey, can you grab those boxes when you get a chance?" He looked mad about it and responds "in just a minute, Chief" lol Meanwhile, the Lady next to us asked about her food he said " we are trying are best" in a very rude and frustrated way and in an exaggerated manner pointed to how busy the restaurant was. This place is terrible. The service was terrible. 90% of the food was terrible and all of it was overpriced. So, I ask again....people come here, like, on purpose?? Wild.

Monkey Bread and Mega Pizookie - Strawberry Shortcake, Chocolate Chunk (Original), Salted Caramel, Dubai Chocolate

After seeing countless videos on social media hyping up the nationwide famous Pizookies, my friends and I finally decided to come here for dinner and try them for ourselves. We arrived around 6 PM and ended up waiting about 20 minutes before being seated with our party of five. Once we were at our table, our waiter was super nice and patient with us, even putting up with our chaotic humor the entire time. For my entrée, I ordered the BJ's Slow-Roasted Tri-Tip Beef Dip, and to be honest, I did not like it at all. It really does not take much to make a decent sandwich, but this one missed the mark in several ways. The thinly sliced beef was extremely dry, and although the au jus helped a little, it did not completely save it. The hoagie roll needed more toasting so it would not become instantly soggy when dipped, and the sandwich needed more caramelized onions to add flavor. The menu stated that it came with a side of creamy horseradish, but mine did not include any. That simple addition could have made the sandwich noticeably better. The coleslaw was forgettable, but the fries were good. Since there were five of us, we ordered the Mega Pizookie and the Monkey Bread. For the Pizookie, we chose the original, strawberry shortcake, salted caramel, and Dubai chocolate variations. The strawberry shortcake was by far the best, because the strawberries helped cut the richness of the cookie. The original and salted caramel were fine but not remarkable, and the Dubai chocolate needed significantly more pistachio. The true highlight of the entire meal was the Monkey Bread. It was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the combination of the sauce with the ice cream created an incredibly satisfying dessert. Even though the entrées were hit or miss, the Monkey Bread alone made the visit worthwhile and is the main reason I would consider coming back.

We came here to watch the World Series and thought it would be a good spot to hang out. The wait time to be seated was short, which was nice, but my friend noticed the floor was sticky around our table -- not a great first impression. We only ordered drinks and a couple of appetizers (the sampler and chicken wings), but it took quite a while for our food to come out. When it finally did, it was just okay -- I wouldn't say the food was delicious. We ended up staying to finish the game. Overall, it wasn't a great experience, and I'm not sure I'd come back anytime soon.

We ordered via Slo Roast on door dash and were not happy with the quality of our food. The portions were small and the proteins were dry.

I only come here for pizookies, and I'd do it again! Pizookies are the perfect dessert. Hot, sweet cookie with melted chocolate is contrasted by the coolness and intense flavor of the vanilla bean ice cream. The combination sends you to a different dimension as dopamine are pelleting your receptors. Now imagine this with good company. A bite of rich cookie and creamy ice cream and a laugh shared with friends. The perfect way to end the night. And don't forget pizookie Tuesdays where they only cost $5-6 (about 40-50% off). If you were lucky enough to snag a Pizookie Pass, then this review is not for you. Clearly, we are already on the same wavelength. Regarding everything else, I have had the burgers and pizza before. They are decent - inoffensive and delicious when you're hungry. Service is usually quick and responsive although there is one waiter who kinda guilt trips you for tips... Won't stop me next Tuesday when I make my rounds asking my friends to get pizookies.

I came to BJs for the pizookie meal deal. Worth it! I will say that the food was quite salty and I didn't love the clam chowder- the clams were rubbery and the chowder was thin and goopy, not creamy as I usually prefer. The salted caramel pizookie was a touch too sweet for me but I still enjoyed the meal! The music was good and this is one of the largest BJs I have ever visited. It was not too crowded and felt comfy. The waitress was very solicitous and did everything possible to make our dinner special!

Honestly had this been a regular week without the aftermath of the hurricane, I would rate this visit a 1 or at best a 2 star, but I'm giving them some grace for actually being open and doing their best with their limited supplies. So as such I'm not taking off a star for the very limited menu. On the other hand, our table was dirty when we were seated because there was a mixup and the table we were supposed to take was already taken and they hadn't had time to clean our table before we were seated. There was hair on the table and food crumbs which we had to point to our waiter to clean up. The wait time to just get our drink was also over 15 minutes and even then it was just the iced tea and water and we had to wait another 15 minutes to get the food and the Lucky Ducky. I had the salmon which was good enough but it was already kind of cold and the broccoli was kind of burnt. Had it been warmer, it would have been very good. The Shrimp Tacos were delicious I was told but the chips that came with it were stale or overfried perhaps? Again, I don't want to be too critical because it's been a rough week for everybody and for all I know the kitchen is understaffed too. My goal really was just to treat a friend who had been without power all week and it did the job but I still want to leave an honest review.

They were unimpressive. They did produce a pleasant aroma, but the taste lacked flavor and personality. The fried mushrooms were ok and I ate quite a few (lol). Even after joining the waitlist ahead of time, my party of seven still waited about 30 to 40 minutes before being seated. Considering the holiday crowd, though, that was completely understandable. One of the highlights of the evening was our waitress, JB, who was genuinely one of the best servers I have ever had. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient throughout the meal. We started with an order of fried pickles, which arrived almost immediately. The pickles were crispy and well fried, though I found the ranch dressing a bit thicker than I prefer. For my entrée, I ordered the 12-ounce prime rib cooked on the rare side, along with steak fries and a Caesar salad. The salad was fairly standard, and while the steak fries were nothing extraordinary, I still have not found a side I prefer more. Prime rib can sometimes be hit or miss when it comes to temperature, so I was happy to see that mine was cooked perfectly this time. It was incredibly tender and seasoned just right. The au jus kept every bite moist, while the creamy horseradish provided the perfect contrast to the richness of the meat. My sister ordered the country fried chicken, which was less successful. The chicken itself was decent, but the white gravy was noticeably salty and overpowered the dish. I also would have preferred the gravy to be served on the side rather than poured over the chicken, as it made the breading soggy and masked some of the flavor. Overall, this was another solid Texas Roadhouse experience. Between the excellent service, well-cooked prime rib, and lively atmosphere, the restaurant delivered on what it does best. While not every dish was a winner, the quality of the meal and the outstanding service made for a memorable Father's Day meal.

The staff was very kind and even brought complimentary chips and queso to our table to accommodate my friend while we waited. Food Recommendations: The Fun-Ghi Pizza - One of their most recommended items. My friend ordered it and loved the texture and flavors. Just be prepared for a longer wait time. Beer Cheese Queso - A favorite at our table and perfect to share while waiting for the rest of the food. Gulf Coast Tacos - I ordered the blackened Gulf shrimp on corn tortillas with a side of tater tots. The shrimp were large and flavorful. I'd definitely order this again -- a satisfying and filling meal for an adult. Talyard Burger - My husband tried this one. He gave it a 4/5. While it didn't have the presentation of a gourmet burger and looked more like fast food, he still really enjoyed it. Suggestions: The parking situation could be improved. The current lot isn't sufficient for the number of guests that this venue can hold, especially on busy days. Many people resort to parking on grassy areas -- fine if you have a high-clearance vehicle, but not ideal for sedans or coupes. Others have suggested implementing better crowd control during weekend events, which would definitely help. **FYI:** Check out their special events -- there's always something fun and family-friendly happening, like Easter egg hunts or movie nights.
