    Our family recently celebrated our son's HS graduation party at XO Lounge. We had a wonderful…read morebeginning-to-end experience that included incredibly responsive, thorough, and professional communication with Jamie--the main contact in charge of booking, planning, and operational oversight. On the day of the event, Hope, Hai, Lola (bartender) and the remaining staff were unbelievably helpful, accommodating--and integral to our efficient set-up and smooth execution of a successful celebration. XO Lounge is a very posh venue with modern décor. The nightclub vibe and setup provided the core foundation--that minimized decorative needs for our graduation-themed event. Our event hosted approximately 150 guests--that we comfortably housed in the smaller nightclub event area. Despite opting out of seated dining, our area easily accommodated our guests with the use of the booths and lounge-style sofa set-up for central-space seating. We still had surplus space leftover--that was allocated for the dance floor and bar area. The nightclub further opens into an enclosed courtyard--allowing for additional cocktail tables, bar stools, and lounge-roaming for our guests. Our party featured a standard photo-booth setup with an 8-ft props table--as well as a 360-spinning video-booth in the front entryway lobby area (just to the left of entrance). Our 360-video-booth included an inflatable enclosure--that successfully fit in the entryway alcove. Our rented XO Lounge space features a stage with a floor-to-ceiling TV-grid. This large multi-screen TV--along with dozens of TVs lining the entire room-walls--cycled a slideshow of our graduate's photos throughout the evening. XO Lounge further features a full PA system, DJ plug-ins for surround sound (you must provide your own DJ/music/equipment), full nightclub equipment (e.g. spinning disco-ball light machines, fog machines, laser strobing, etc.), full bar & bartender staff, etc. I LOOVED that XO included all the needed tables of various lengths and sizes--with fitted fabric *tablecloths* included. Fabric tablecloths may seem like a minimal feature, but fitted cloth coverings elevate a sophisticated aesthetic while alleviating the patron from the added costs for these supplies. Hope oversaw our function and was so attentive--always offering to help with literally *anything*--to reduce stress for the hosts (I really appreciated that!). The venue was surprisingly affordable--with a nominal outside-catering fee; the staff were professional and delightful; and the party space and outdoor-courtyard areas fit our guests, photo/video-booths, food vendors, Welcome table, Sweets table, and largescale Balloon Arch. XO Lounge features one-stop-shop booking and planning services for all party needs, (i.e. catering, decoration, DJ, photo-booth vendors, etc.)--though we did not partake of these additional offerings. Hosting an event on this scale is stressful (IYKYK), but this venue and staff minimized the stress and streamlined our experience for a fantastic celebration. Our family would definitely book with XO lounge again for future event planning needs--and would highly recommend to our friends, family, and others. Our guests had the BEST time; and we had a GREAT PARTY celebrating our newest grad!

From the very beginning, Ann was incredibly organized and detail-oriented. She held planning meetings with us weeks out to review and refine our timeline, kept every vendor in the loop with tentative and final timelines, coordinated certificates of insurance, venue layouts, and vendor agreements across our entire team, which included our photographer, content creator, florist, DJ, photo booth, hair and makeup, Korean paebaek ceremony team, and more. She even caught a last-minute detail in our paebaek timeline and proactively followed up with the paebaek vendor to make sure the ceremony flow and music were perfectly aligned. No detail slipped through the cracks. On the day of, Ann and her team handled all the setup and kept everything moving. This was especially impressive because our venue had a couple of hiccups, including being delayed on the venue turn and falling behind on meal service, but Ann calmly and quickly made the necessary adjustments to keep us on schedule. We barely noticed any of these issues as they were happening, which speaks volumes about how proactively she managed things behind the scenes. She truly absorbed those stressors so we didn't have to. Ann always kept us in the loop while simultaneously shielding us from the chaos that inevitably comes with a big wedding day. She was a steady, calming presence, and her communication throughout the entire planning process gave us so much peace of mind. If you're looking for a wedding planner who is thorough, responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about your day going beautifully even when things don't go perfectly, look no further than Ann. Let me tell you... planning a wedding is no small feat, especially when you don't want to bother family and friends. Ann was able to step in and help us through the planning process. I provided Ann with a very vague idea of what my desired aesthetic was. I am so indecisive and totally not creative/artistic but she stood by us with the utmost patience and supported the vision. She pitched ideas and different variations of vendors or styles we could go with. I was always trying to respect her business hours but would text her random questions whenever I'd think of them just so I don't forget... and even during her off hours she would get back to me. She's extremely customer centric in everything that she does. She checked in with us through the whole process, she never pushed us to do things we didn't want to do, never pushed us to spend money that was unnecessary, made sure we stuck to the timeline, made sure the wedding was running seamlessly... Jesus if I were to sit here and type it all out, I might have a novel. The wedding was PERFECT from design to execution and all the vibes! I can definitely say Ann & her team made it possible. I cannot recall one second of the wedding where I was needed for anything which really goes to show she was able to handle everything seamlessly. As well as a lack of cultural awareness from their part. I emailed the table service about a giveaway for my child. (A giveaway posted on their story) They emailed me, misleading as to having been selected for the giveaway. Somehow contacting me was more of a step to be considered for the giveaway rather than actually being selected. ( I would have not bothered to even email anyone at all to ask about details ) They should have stated with the first email that they select who they prefer to pick for the give away. Suggestions : 1. Put a disclaimer / details about your needs for the giveaway. Ex: "We are doing a promotional giveaway! We set up one of our services and enjoy the set up for a gathering of your own! " I came up with that as I was writing this. Simple easy and the point. 2.Work on following back with phone, emails, text messages. Get in the same page of who will manage your communications as a business. Gloria, If you as a business owner cannot handle the communication tasks, hire workers to support you. 3. Be open and respect cultural belief in practices of the misuse of "teepees". I ask for no teepees. Actually asked for less of the service. I regret not being more direct of how you are appropriating a cultural and it's lodge but I didn't because I was hoping you would be culturally respectful. But since you took it to be defensive I'm saying it now. You are appropriating sacred symbolism to northern native folks. If that offends you imagine how it rightfully makes native folks uncomfortable that you offer it as part of your profit making. 5. Like I mentioned in our private messages, Do better at communicating your intentions when doing a giveaway. Lastly, remember you are in stolen native indigenous land. The least you can do is respect when someone isn't comfortable using your props for an event and you trying to spin it around and back out of a giveaway. Just don't do give away a .

It actually rained during our shower, I had rented tents & heaters, and Gloria worked so hard to make it stunning. I cannot recommend them more. I will be using them again for more parties.

My husband and I were so lucky to work with Katie at B&B as our planner throughout this process, and she was such a blessing to have in our corner!!! To start, she provided great organizational resources that immediately made everything feel like it was manageable, with her detailed checklist really being the backbone of this entire process for us. We really looked forward to our check-ins with her because not only were they productive, but always a collaborative effort between us and her. She always made us feel heard, and when we had an idea, nothing ever seemed impossible to execute, as she helped us figure out how to make things we wanted happen. We opted for her services about a year out from our wedding day, and through every step, check point, and to-do list item, she walked us through anything we needed and always delivered when we needed her and even above and beyond. In addition to how supportive she was throughout the planning process, she also coordinated our whole wedding day flawlessly. She thinks of how things are going to be executed seamlessly and does the work of problem solving with you beforehand so that the day goes as smoothly as possible, and that it did for us. She's extremely professional and also did wonderfully at communicating with our vendors to ensure we were all on the same page.
