(Not what you want as a seller). decided I wanted the Samsung instead. Looked at all the 100+ boxes didn't seem it. Went looking for a manager. (Inconvenient). Found at front BSing with another mgr. Didnt address me in a timely fashion. said I'd like to buy a TV do you have a sales rep for electronics that could answer questions/ get me a TV. He says the "were not best buy". IE no salesman and you're pretty much on your own. he does send eventually send a guy to help me find the TV. The guy says " good news and bad" we have 3 but they are on the top shelf up there; can you come back in a couple of days." Sorry I'd like to get it today. So, it's right there on the shelf I'm looking at the box but, they can't manage to get it down and in my cart for purchase !!! For example, most recently, we arrived at 6:30pm on a Sunday, fully knowing that they close at 7pm. We knew exactly what we needed, but when we walked in the staff-woman at the door exclaimed "we close at seven" in a scolding tone. I understand a need to communicate a closing time, but the way it was delivered was unnecessary. I am sorry you have to work on Sunday nights but that is not your customer's fault. Then when we were leaving at 6:50pm my husband wished her a good night, and she blatantly ignored him. It was incredibly rude. On top of that their selection is not nearly as good as the location in east Syracuse. Overall, a disappointment.

This may be due to NY law but the beer / wine offerings were different from other bj's I've been in. There was a basic selection of beer and 4 or 5 varietals of very off brand wine, or maybe it was non alcohol wine, not sure. In any event, good spot to get your shopping done.

A few years ago, I told the person who was working there that my phone charger wire stopped working and he replaced one for free which was really kind. I like that there is some diversity in products even compared to the BJs locations in the Queens/Long Island area. My experience here has been good 9/10 times. The only time it hasn't been good was when a store manager asked an associate to watch me check out. It was really uncomfortable and unnecessary since it wasn't to assist us or anything. Nobody else had to be watched like children. What a way to ruin people's day.
