Amazing job on my stairs and area rugs. The stairs in particular, were quite dirty after a year in between cleanings. Between kids and pets running up and down them, I wasn't sure if they could look good again. Saw their reviews on Yelp and that they use eco friendly products. Last thing I want is to inhale cleaning chemicals after my carpet is cleaned. In my younger years I might've been down for the chemicals though. The carpet they cleaned was for my roommates room (he recently moved out) that hadn't had the carpet cleaned in at least 5 years, I'm guessing 10. Not only that, my roommate was also content to live in a filthy room, and he let the filth pile up. There was a bunch of mouse feces under his bed. Stains everywhere. Did I say mouse feces? When they arrived, I had 0 expectations. Probably why I'm so happy, not having expectations helps, but besides that, they did a phenomenal job! They got some stains out that I was convinced were impossible. Mouse poo be gone. The before and after here is phenomenal, though I didn't take pictures with the blind/ open, so the lighting doesn't do it justice. Take my word for it: they revived a disgusting carpet that didn't deserve to be saved. Not only that, but the owner and his peer were really cool, easy to talk to, hard-working, and efficient. Gave these guys a call after seeing some good reviews, and it was well worth it! Phil and his crew was able to accommodate for me and clean my carpet in less then 40 minutes! It was a small living room with a fairly old carpet that has some clearly visible high traffic areas in need of cleaning. They brought in their machines, sprayed the place down and scrubbed every stain out. This carpet looks better than when I first moved in, feels soft and such a huge change from what it was a day before. They came in quick, took care of everything and were on to the next one before I knew it! The communication is excellent, Phil and his team are reliable, and the work is as good as can be done by anyone, with safe materials and a friendly but professional approach. We discovered that our landlord was very concerned about the insurance coverage of the company doing the carpet cleaning and made Bonadona's Carpet Cleaning jump through hoops to prove not only that they were fully insured, but that there was no chance that the landlord would be sued.
