They responded quickly to Yelp messaging for estimates. I received an estimate of $139 for 3 carpeted bedrooms. They have 850 reviews with 4.5 stars. Even though I received estimates from other carpet cleaners, I made an appt with USA Carpet Cleaning based on their Yelp reviews. They showed up as scheduled today but the estimate went from $139 to $314 very quickly. They said it was because each room needed deep cleaning. One room may need deep cleaning but the other 2 didn't. So I declined their services and hired another company. read more

Vitalik was very nice and quick. Brought handy extra long cables to go from the kitchen outlet (also needed hot water from the kitchen sink) to the bedroom to deep clean the queen mattress. Also helpfully setup the 2 fans to make the mattress dry quicker. Without the fans it could dry in 20 hours, so make sure you have fans if you want to sleep on your clean mattress same day. We also had the "chair and a half" sleeper sofa cleaned. Cats did not enjoy the noise but I guess that was our entertainment, trying to find where they hid themselves after Vitalik left... read more

Got a quote over Instagram for upholstery cleaning and went through their DM funnel to book an appointment. They serve throughout the Bay Area, and look to be widely available as I was able to get a time booked two days from my message. I have a 3-seater and an ottoman. They claim their regular rate is $219, discounted rate is $153. I sent them specific links to my couch & ottoman from Article since the cleaning instructions recommend low moisture techniques for their performance fabric and my couch is white. Upon review, the price went up to $174 cash. There's a 5% fee for credit card transactions. Tip: the tech doesn't carry change so get exact cash ahead of time. Tech came within the two-hour window and got straight to work. Large bulky machine worked wonders. Note that they need access to a strong outlet, water supply, and a place to dump the water. Thanks to the tech, I found out some of my outlets weren't working. After a little over an hour, my couch was cleaned and looked great. Guy even steam cleaned my throw pillows at no extra cost. It could get a little messy. Water from the steam cleaning was all over the floor. Good service, fair price even with the switch up, and professional all around. Would hire again. read more

Yuri spent a lot of time working on getting out years of deep stains from two area rugs and a La-Z-Boy loveseat. I knew I would pay an upcharge for the deep cleaning on the rugs as they were pretty trashed. I really appreciate the easy communication and will definitely use their service again in the future. One thing to note: not included in the original quote is an optional add-on for quickening the drying time. It was an extra $38 for the loveseat and $19 for one of the rugs so that they dry out in about six hours as opposed to 20ish. read more
