Got a quote over Instagram for upholstery cleaning and went through their DM funnel to book an appointment. They serve throughout the Bay Area, and look to be widely available as I was able to get a time booked two days from my message. I have a 3-seater and an ottoman. They claim their regular rate is $219, discounted rate is $153. I sent them specific links to my couch & ottoman from Article since the cleaning instructions recommend low moisture techniques for their performance fabric and my couch is white. Upon review, the price went up to $174 cash. There's a 5% fee for credit card transactions. Tip: the tech doesn't carry change so get exact cash ahead of time. Tech came within the two-hour window and got straight to work. Large bulky machine worked wonders. Note that they need access to a strong outlet, water supply, and a place to dump the water. Thanks to the tech, I found out some of my outlets weren't working. After a little over an hour, my couch was cleaned and looked great. Guy even steam cleaned my throw pillows at no extra cost. It could get a little messy. Water from the steam cleaning was all over the floor. Good service, fair price even with the switch up, and professional all around. Would hire again. read more

I knew I would pay an upcharge for the deep cleaning on the rugs as they were pretty trashed. I really appreciate the easy communication and will definitely use their service again in the future. One thing to note: not included in the original quote is an optional add-on for quickening the drying time. My service window was from 1-4pm, and Vitalii arrived right on time at 1:39pm. He was super friendly, professional, and respectful--he even wore shoe covers inside the house. He did an awesome job getting tough stains out, including coffee and dog pee (ugh), which I honestly didn't expect to come out so well. Was initially impressed that this company reached out to me quite quickly as I had inquired to book a carpet cleaning and the reviews were good. We set it up and confirmed that they would visit the property earlier today between 2 and 4 PM and their name would be at the front desk to check out the key so they could clean the carpet in the vacant apartment. This was all coordinated and set up, however, at 5:47 PM they texted and said they couldn't find parking. Their next text said they were leaving because they hadn't heard from me. Not sure why they wouldn't just have parked in the front white loading zone of the building and taken care of the job like was all agreed upon and set up. Not impressed with the service provided by this vendor. And then they posted a response below my review saying they arrived during the time of arrival they committed to, but I've have shown in photos below that is false. Also, the building has a white curbside for unloading so they could have parked there to unload.
