I just picked up my Kilim today 8/24 which I brought in on July 16. I originally just wanted it cleaned for a bit over $150 which was the best price I had gotten. The owner Sam noticed some fraying of the tassels on both edges & advised I have them repaired before it got worse so I consented which added $250+ to the bill. He said it would take 2 weeks for the washing & drying & 2 more for the repairs. I assumed they would notify me when it was done. So on August 24 when I still hadn't heard from them & called & left a message, a bit upset, wondering what had happened? Later while I was occupied he left a message it was ready to roll. He said it had had to washed x2 to get all the stains out which was why it was delayed. I picked it up today & it looked great... clean & repaired They did a great job.
