Rose Rug Cleaning just cleaned two wool rugs for me. We recently got a puppy and some accidents on our dining room rug had created a bit of a smell. They cleaned it really well and the smell disappeared completely. The owner was also very nice and responsive and picked up and dropped off the rug. They did such a nice job that I gave them another rug to clean that had several stains from my kids that I never thought would come out, but they were able to clean them and the rug looked great when they returned it. With young kids and a dog, I was also pleased that they don't use harsh chemicals. I'll definitely use them again the next time I have this need. read more

The owner Sam noticed some fraying of the tassels on both edges & advised I have them repaired before it got worse so I consented which added $250+ to the bill. He said it would take 2 weeks for the washing & drying & 2 more for the repairs. I assumed they would notify me when it was done. So on August 24 when I still hadn't heard from them & called & left a message, a bit upset, wondering what had happened? Later while I was occupied he left a message it was ready to roll. He said it had had to washed x2 to get all the stains out which was why it was delayed. I picked it up today & it looked great... clean & repaired They did a great job. I had 2 area rugs sent and cleaned by Sam; he came and picked up the rugs and told me his process for cleaning the rugs. There was a couple of spots where I knew the spots would not come off, he agreed and told me he will try but cannot guarantee removing the spots. He takes 7days to 2 weeks to clean the rugs and will deliver it to you. He said my rugs were of good quality and and there would be little shrinkage, if any, and no fading of colors. Anyway, I'm happy with his service and work, pleasant gentleman, always respectful.
