I found Oscar and Reyna Cleaning Service on Yelp and for that reason, I feel compelled to write a review because I could not have been more frustrated or disappointed with their carpet cleaning service. Oscar picks up the telephone, which is good. What isn't good is that he says "yes" when he apparently doesn't understand what you are saying. I thought everything was set but when the day arrived for the cleaning, he called several times asking me where he should clean the carpets. I had arranged for access to the space but he then refused to do the cleaning until I went to the property myself. This went back and forth several times and I lost time and patience. They don't speak very good English and I don't speak Spanish, which is a problem, if we are not on the same page as to what is to be done, etc. And when I returned to check the cleaning job, not only had the carpet in a small area not been cleaned at all, the rest of the carpet did not look very clean either. He says he steam cleans but I don't think he does steam cleaning. I had people moving into the property and they asked if the carpets had been cleaned (as that is what we agreed to). I don't know how this company is getting so many 5 star ratings. Poor service all around. When I called to let them know the carpet in the small room had not been cleaned, it appears that Oscar hung up on me. I I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE FOR CARPET CLEANING NOR WOULD I EVER USE THEM AGAIN! read more

From general cleaning of our home, which is a 3 story monster, to doing steam/carpet cleaning on carpets & upholstery at my office and for my friends shop, I have nothing but praises. They get in on time, always available by phone, very flexible hours, do a great job and leave without leaving a trace of dust or even a pet hair. :) My dog sheds and occasionally we have had an accident of dog pee on the runner from friends dogs, and they get it out so well we have had NO RE-Pee's in the same spot!
