The instructors are very friendly and helpful. I do not consider myself a creative person but after these classes I do! Many people brought snacks and drinks. Definitely a fun night out.

Long story short, their was a delay in completing the job. Wrong color of fence arrived, deck finished late in the summer and I decided to wait until spring of 2020. As soon as we were allowed out of quarantine I called Tholens in Kankakee to get a completed estimate and arrange for work to begin. I stopped by to speak with Steve, a gentleman went to get him and 30 minutes later, I am still waiting and no Steve. Even the girl at the counter seemed clueless but didn't offer to remind him I was waiting. I called for an appointment and was told I didn't need one, he was there 6 days a week. So I dropped by as suggested and spoke to his wife, went through the plans and discussed color. Steve was to return my call with the estimate. Didn't hear from him and called the following Monday. Still no estimate (even though the design was complete dimensions and all). I have done similar estimates, just sit down for 30 minutes with a pencil and calculator. I was told they were very busy, I asked should I call the following Monday(week later) and was told yes. I called 3 more times and was pretty much ghosted. I feel like they were trying to humiliate me, because that's how I feel. I don't need to be told yes, I just want the truth. A good business design: don't tell people you are too busy it's insulting. call back so they can move on, let the customers know you can't do the work this season or ever for that matter and you won't get a bad review on yelp. ps....this was a significant job

Was suppose to come with 2 nightstands, king loft bed, 5 drawer dresser and then a dresser w/ mirror that lights up. Well......... FIRST ISSUE the bed was missing all of the hardware so my bed frame is sitting in pieces on the bedroom floor. Won't get the missing pieces for another week and I have my new mattress being delivered today that will have to be on the floor in the living-room(had to rearrange the living-room for the new mattress to lay) because again my bedroom has the bed pieces all over until I receive the hardware pieces next week. SECOND ISSUE, the light on the mirror does not work. Tried multiple outlets. Also have to wait a week for replacement. THIRD ISSUE, one of the nightstands had a softball size hole in the back of it! And have to wait a week for replacement. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! THREE ISSUES IN ONE DELIVERY IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!! As a first time buyer at Bobs I am VERY frustrated, disappointed, upset and pissed off. I spoke with multiple customer service reps(one of them named Diego hung up on me). Quality of the material is very low quality. There's an area on my couch that I may have sit in a 10th of the time and it's completely degrading. The side I sit on is great.
