The customer service was amazing, starting with Bridget providing excellent customer service and her allaying any fears that I had that a driver and limo would NOT show up on Super Bowl Sunday to take 7 of us to the game. Bridget also went to great lengths to purchase the additional beverages that we wanted. Our driver Taylor was prompt, knew the back roads to get to Levi's Stadium and got us to the game swiftly; he was just as quick getting us out of the area after the game was over. These two rate a 5!! I would be remiss if I didn't share that the limo itself was dated, and it appeared that some damage was being 'covered up' and not actually repaired. We also had difficulty getting the sound system connected, and I would recommend that Bonavia management address those issues. We paid a lot of money for the 10 hours, and still so grateful with all that Bridget and Taylor did for us, but the vehicle could have been 'better' for that amount of money. It was this that dropped our overall rating to a 4. Regardless, I would call Bridget again in a heartbeat. read more

I had a amazing experience using Bonavia Limo. Because of COVID, I was nervous to use Uber to get to SFO so I called Bonavia. Charlie's was professionalisms and attention to detail assuaged nerves about using a car service to get to the airport. My driver was on time and wearing a mask and gloves. He asked if I wanted to keep the windows down for fresh air and told me they sanitize the car after each trip. He helped me with my luggage and sent me on my way. The car is beautiful, immaculate, and classy. The driver, Charlie, is clean-cut, professional, and flexible. I use him regularly when attending concerts or other events in the city to avoid the traffic and parking mess. He always has water bottles, his car has wifi, and you can hook-up your iphone to play on the sound system in the car. I've also found it extremely useful to have a reliable pick-up and drop-off from the airport for my out of town guests - in case I can't pick them up myself. I rode with John back to the airport and it was great. He got to my hotel extremely quickly even at 3 in the morning. His demeanour and attitude were extremely professional and yet extremely friendly at the same time. His driving was impeccable and very comfortable, even for someone like me who sometimes gets car sick. He helped me get my bags in his suv also even though it was pouring rain and parked right at the front of the hotel so I didn't have to walk in the rain. I would give 10 stars if I could. I needed to find transport for my sister who was being released from the psych unit at Stanford and checking into a rehab center in So. Cal. This was a very fragile situation and I was very nervous. Booking the drive with Charlie immediately made me feel at ease.
