When planning our wedding in San Francisco I spent a lot of time looking for a car service to drive us to and from SF City Hall to our hotel. Honestly almost all car service companies has horrible ratings online, but when I found Limo SF VIP and it had mostly positive reviews on Yelp and Google, we decided to reach out. I submitted the form on their website with all the details about when and where we needed to be picked up, what Mercedes we wanted, etc. and literally within a few hours one of their employees emailed me back with a quote. And they continued to be super responsive. I had a few follow-up questions and they always wrote me back in less than 24 hours and most of the time within an hour. The quote was reasonable and we decided to reserve a car with their company. The day before pick-up we were notified of who our driver would be/their contact info and on the day of the wedding we received emails with status updates letting us know they were on their way, arriving, etc. Our driver was so professional and on-time for our scheduled pick-up times. Used this company for my friends bday celebration. Started off fine, until about 15-20 minutes into the ride (we were already on the freeway) discovered that the AC did not work. It was a hot day, and about 13 ladies on one bus. We started off by asking the driver to pull over to help assist us with the AC because it was not working the way it was supposed to be. He basically ignored us for a while until we were all demanding him to pull over. We were melting!! Meanwhile, the AC in the front part of the bus for the driver was just as cool and comfortable. Finally he pulled over, while my friend had the company on the phone letting them know what was going on, they had to communicate to the driver through our phone, before calling him directly. They said the bus apparently had been serviced the day before, but nobody with this company thought it would be a good idea to check the AC before allowing it to be rented out. Some adjustments were made to the AC and we were back on the road (it was still not working the way it was supposed to. We had to HOLD OPEN two different emergency windows during our ride with our hands, arms, and other items so we did not pass out from overheating. (see pic). It was over 80 degrees inside! Once we managed to arrive to our destination, the bus parked and told us that is where he would be until we were ready. We had lunch, and when we just finished paying the bill getting ready to leave, the driver TEXTED us to let us know he just left to get a different bus for the ride back. Not sure why he thought it was a good idea to sit parked the entire time we ate our lunch, and then decide to go swap buses when we were ready to leave. So then we waited for him to return.... After that, the rest of the time was great...thanks to us knowing how to turn up!! Not because of the company unfortunately. This company did not handle this the correct way, and has denied any type of compensation for the trouble we had with the AC majority of our trip. 1.How do you rent out a bus to customers not making sure the bus is up to par? 2.Why would you leave us to get another bus at the end of our lunch? 3. Why do you think it is okay to not compensate us for what happened? Even with them telling us about the bus being serviced the day before, NOTHING!!! I personally would not want to use this company for any future rentals since this is how they treat their paying customers. We were not unruly, rude, nor did we cause any hardship to the driver during this, so to be treated like this was completely unacceptable. read more

Contacted the company for rental and got a quick response and options like requested. But once received we noticed a difference from another quote we got from from themselves. Trying to correct any mistakes I may have made I tried contacting Alena and sent her an email if there was a different option that I was unaware of. Alena mentioned a 6 hour minimum but the website and vehicle we chose states a 3 hour minimum was needed. The second quote stated 6 hours minimum and would be charged even if we only we really needed for 4 hours so it felt like we weren't receiving the honest price for the same vehicle. Unfortunately we never heard back. We we had to go with a different vendor because it was short notice and the date came sooner and sooner. We were recommended to them so maybe our next event can be better. read more

The drivers and staff who set up the service are very professional courteous and respectful and will give you the VIP Experience of your dreams. Purr-fect Experience!!! What a beautiful ride we experienced for my girl's b'day! Limo SF VIP came to the rescue as I was planning on the same day and I got lucky. Everything went very smooth and got a good deal. Chauffeur was very well mannered, suited up and to the mark! Pleasant ride, nice music, continuously changing water bottles at every stop. I told the Chauffeur to take us to the best spot for pictures, and I didn't have to guide him again for places! He took care for the rest of it! Great, friendly drivers who get you where you need to go quickly. Plus I've never had issues get a car (even at odd hours) to take clients and friends around. Punctual, always arriving within 10 minutes, and very nice SUVs. I actually met one of the drivers through Uber, and I'm glad he referred me. I give it a 4/5 (more a 4.5/5) because sometimes the cars don't come stocked with waters. Small quip, but I've gotten used to fully stocked cars. Napa Valley is picture perfect getaway. This beautiful experience was made possible by an experienced limo service. Our driver was very knowledgeable and safe. We started our journey to Napa Valley from San Francisco and were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary cold champagne in the cooler of the SUV. Our first stop was at a winery in Sonoma. After spending about two hours there we decided to check out places in Napa Valley. Let me tell you the wine was flowing and we must have tried at least five different kinds. We were still up for more adventures and a friend knew a place to gab some organic food in St Helena. So we went, we were free to go as we pleased since the driver had our backs throughout the day. Our eventful day was coming to an end. The car was waiting to take us back, it was clean and ready to go. Great chauffeur car service I had a trip to Napa and the driver was early and friendly and had excellent driving skills. Despite the fact that there is a lot of competition among transportation services such as Uber, Lyft, etc., I still decided to contact private car service, so I called Limo SF VIP. I requested a ride to San Jose Airport this morning around 4am and was surprised how courteous they were and their willingness to travel far distance.
