To me limo service is always expensive & luxury. Last week I was asssiged to get bus service for a church function and made a deal with a tour company. Somehow the deal was called off by the tour company and left me panic. A friend gave me contact information of SF Pinnacle Limo, Inc. I applied online, gave them the services I needed. Originally I was requesting a coach bus needed to pick up passengers at two different locations. Eventually the company offered me two smaller buses with same charge. The company staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable. The bus was relatively new and clean inside, arrive on time. Bus driver was very professional and friendly. The ride was very safe, comfortable and enjoyable. All the passengers gave the service an A+ rating. I highly recommend their services. I really enjoy trips and tours with SF Pinnacle Limousine service! I always use buses of this company if I need to get to San Francisco from Palo Alto and vice versa. They are extremely comfortable, so that sitting in a seat I unconsciously can fall asleep. Moreover, all buses arrive right on time, I've never been late to business meetings at the head office in Francisco. And the main pro of these buses is fresh air, so I don't need to buy more than two bottles of water for one direction. I recently hosted a party and hired this company for an event at my home. I glad I did! I was nervous, because I never have experience with limo services. They really did a nice and amazing job, very profesional for our guests. When the event was over, our guests did not find themselves waiting around for their cars. I was in charge of transportation for a friends wedding. Called Pinnacle was given a lower rate than all other bus companies. Their service was awesome, Sunny our driver showed up early in a bus that looked so new that I thought he had just driven it off a showroom floor. I must say these guys are excellent! SF pinnacle limo service company was recommended by my friend May, who works in Google. She introduced me Frank, the manager of this company. Frank is a really funny, and easygoing person, but he is also cautious and careful. I heard he has been working in this field for over 15 years, and made not even a single mistake. This limo service is one of the best out there. Their shuttles are very classy and the price is just right. The seats are made of leather and are very comfortable to sit in.
