Accidents happen, of course, but this bus owner was unprofessional throughout the process. He refused to issue any refund despite providing only 45 minutes out of a 6 hour charter (not to mention the major hassle and expense for our group of 14 ppl to take 3 Uber segments -- including the final segment home after the bus owner ordered the driver to hold belongings left on the bus hostage unless we agreed to pay, which almost necessitated a call to the police and resulted in our refusal to take the bus home). We are actively attempting to reverse the credit card charge. Zero stars. Please be WARNED to stay away from this business.

Booked them through Groupon for a Napa wine tour with friends. Was supposed to be $400…read more They told us the bus on the Groupon was taken but they could upgrade us to a newer Mercedes limo bus for only $200 more. He sent photos of a new bus with captains chairs that looked great. We booked and the old bus showed up! Can you say "Bait and Switch"? Then when we called they said they would refund only $60 - not the full $200 as they said the other bus was overheating and it wasn't their fault. Well, it sure a hell ISN'T our fault!! We should get the FULL $200 refunded! Then our driver was horrible - slamming on brakes and multiple times 11 women and our stuff went flying forward! Not good! Our driver did not have a GPS system - other than his phone which didn't have signal in several places so we had to direct the driver using our phones instead of enjoying our wine trip. The A/c didn't work well so we were all sweltering in the bus. The driver was not familiar with Napa and went past the wineries. Then - near the end of the trip we went to load wine into the back door and we could open it. Driver didn't have a key and when we called the manager he said he would take the bus back to San Francisco to get it repaired and would return our stuff that was locked in the back on Monday. What?? We have wine sitting in a black hot limo and you will return it on Monday?? PLUS - if there were an accident - that back door is the escape route for passengers which is now locked!! When we were on the phone with the manager, he said we broke the door "slamming" it too hard. Really?? Then he said the handle was loose on the inside and we broke it when we shut it. There was damage to the back of the bus -Maybe when the bus was hit it jammed the door?? More likely the case. But why would you tell me the handle was loose and then tell me it was my fault? Shoddy customer service and risky driver and company. Stay away!

So of course we planned out our transportation way ahead of time... 24 hours before the wedding we decide it might not be the best idea to take a cab and just hope we can find a way back. I called around to probably 10 limo and car services and not only were most booked, but all but a few were quoting me $400+. I talked to Baha and they gave me a middle of the road quote, but said they'd be more than happy to negotiate pending the details of the trip. I put Baha on the "maybe" list and continued calling around. Before I even got around to making call backs, I got a friendly call back from Baha and they offered to match or beat anything else I found. I ended up getting a great price on round trip service in a 7 passenger SUV. The next day the driver did about 9 memorably awesome things (And yes, I tried to think of 1 more to get to an even 10, but really it was just 9): 1. He showed up 10 minutes early with a super clean black Navigator. 2. He asked us to hold onto our money until he finished the job and to only pay if we were happy with the trip. Not all salesy like either, it really felt like a genuine request. 3. He agreed to make a pit stop at a liquor store on the way out. 4. He played solid music all the way there. 5. He smiled and laughed off how obnoxious we were during the ride. 6. He was really flexible with our pickup time and wasn't even upset when he had to wait around while we wrangled 6 drunks back into the SUV. 7. He laughed off what I'm sure was an even more obnoxious ride home. 8. He agreed to drop us off at the bars instead of our pickup location. 9. And the kicker. He refused to take anything more than the amount we had originally agreed upon. He simply requested that I write him a stellar Yelp review. Done and done. To clarify in case there was any confusion, highly recommended and I personally plan to use Baha again next time I need a car service or limo.
