We keep our litterbox in the basement, and after a litterbox mishap that occurred on the stairs, there was a lingering cat urine smell that we just couldn't shake after trying half a dozen products ourselves. ProTech was simple to schedule with, friendly and knowledgeable, super fast, and so much more affordable than the "big guys" in the carpet cleaning space. We had a basement flood recently and I'm so thankful we called SERVPRO of Midland/Saginaw/Bay City…read more Matt and Jake were so professional and took really great care of our basement and home. They walked us through the process, had all of the forms on a tablet, took meticulous pictures of the damage and even found some spots where the water spread that we wouldn't have known. It took about 4 days to dry everything and all their equipment was professional and worked well. They did several checks of the moisture levels in our basement over the course of the mitigation to make sure things were drying correctly. Luckily we didn't lose any contents or have to replace the carpeting. The one problem we had was the billing. They sent us an initial bill which we misplaced and forgot about. I feel really bad about that. But we didn't receive another bill in the mail, and then three months later we received a call from them asking why we hadn't paid the bill. Luckily we were able to pay by credit card over the phone, but it's still weird that we hadn't received another paper invoice in the mail during those months. Overall, we had a great experience with SERVPRO and would highly recommend them. Maybe just pay by credit card at the beginning instead of waiting for a paper invoice in the mail.
