Two people recommended Dr Bond Thomas when I threw out my back picking up a box of heavy tile flooring. I was very impressed when I first walked in the door, new, clean, organized and greeted by a friend person. I noticed everyone wore a mask as well as a person was going around sanitizing chairs, counter, tables and water cooler. They are very thorough in keeping everything sanitized. I was immediately greeted by the doctor who was outstanding at making me feel at home. He was a very good listener to understand my pain. He then took X-Rays followed up by treatment that allowed for immediate relief. He also Recommeded CBD cream. He had three strengths available. He has available one of the strongest strengths which has helped with the pain. I reapplied the cream before back and it provided relief so I could get sleep. Dr. Thomas has helped eliminate my lower back pain. I used to get back pain after long days standing or sitting at my desk. I went in to get evaluated and he took X-rays right there in the office. During my examination he showed me how my lower spine was out of line and curved to one direction. He suggested a 3 day a week therapy schedule. I am now 3 weeks into my therapy and I no longer experience the pain I once did daily. This is not a criticism of his skills as a provider but an indictment of the front desk. They are VERY shady about whether your insurance will cover the treatment. I was in pain and was never told upfront how much the charges would be only to find out at the end that they are not in network with my insurance and that I could join some shady discount plan for $221 or pay almost $500! Please be careful and make sure your insurance will cover the fees upfront or be prepared to pay thru the nose!!! I am now afraid to go anywhere else for fear this will happen again..... read more

Dr Thomas and his staff are amazing! As a triathlete, I push my body to the limits, racing for hours. After years of swimming, biking and running, I finally decided to go see a chiropractor. And did I ever go to the right one. After my evaluation and X-rays, I could clearly see why I could barely turn my head to the right, why it hurt to bend all the way down and why my right shoulder was a lot lower than my left. Dr Thomas and his staff gave me different options I could choose. I went for the big package, because the program they offer allowed me to get the treatment I wanted, not just what i could afford, since my insurance would not cover my treatments. It has saved me around $500 so far. After being treated, I noticed my swim times getting faster because I could stretch out further and grab more water. Now, when i get off my bike, I can actually turn my head without having to turn my whole body to see behind me. As for my running, I have set a new PR (Personal Record) on two of my training runs and am able to run further without any pain. Dr. Thomas is also working on my nutrition, which has been very helpful and giving me more energy and alertness. I also had my first massage the other day and it was one, if not the best, massage I have had.
