I was only charged for the bench time ($15/hr) and the cost of a new tire tube and some new break pads which came out to a total around $30 for everything. Marty also gave me a list of things that still need to be fixed if I ever want to do it myself or come back in. I'd definitely go back there for any future bike issues. They also had a large selection of used bikes for sale that I was looking at while they were repairing mine.

I called to ask them what happened and was put on hold and came back and was told that they tightened the bolts and that they 'don't sell that brand of e-bike, but I could always bring the bike back to put air back into the tires' Really?
