I called up and booked a 45 minute Halo Therapy session and enjoyed the comfy seats while clearing out my lungs and all the toxins. It's always good to clear the toxins while traveling especially after a flight. This was the perfect solution and I felt amazing after my session! This location is just outside Downtown Orlando. It's very clean and the staff are very friendly. They offer memberships and package deals. If I lived here you know I would be there all the time! They also have massages, infrared sauna's and more. I asked Dori to focus on my neck and shoulders, and especially my lower occipital area where I carry a lot of tension. Wow, it was amazing. The firm pressure was perfect and she really got in there and worked out those knots. I felt so much better afterwards. The salt air circulates through the massage therapy rooms, which is great for your respiratory and nervous systems. The facility itself is super clean and welcoming. After we checked in we were offered a glass of wine (of your choice) which was a delightful treat and something you often don't see at a spa. We slipped back to the cozy lounge while we waited for our massage therapist to arrive. We were greeted by Angel and Kiara who lead us to our room. Their membership tiers are very fair and comprehensive. I love that the unused monthly vouchers can be rolled over to the next month and stacked for multiple services. It's also super convenient that there are no contracts and cancellation is easy. Even though they're downtown, parking is nice because, thankfully, they provide validated garage parking; though the spots there are kinda small and can fill up if you go at busy times. Parking was easy at the apartment complex garage behind it. You're allowed to park on the first floor there and pay $1 per hour. The decor is very modern bohemian and zen. The ocean sounds were perfect for me, since the sea is my happy place. My massage therapist Bronson was very knowledgeable and considerate. He listened to my explanation of problem areas very well and gave me some good advice for how to take care of it at home. I do plan to visit again and add a scalp massage on next time for only $10 more. I left feeling much better than I entered.

I would've felt a little better had we got the massages in the same room. I paid a flat $170 fee for 45 minutes each. Afterwards, they both awkwardly pushed for us to tip them. The male said to us "It's the nice thing to do." My sister and I hadn't even got a chance to discuss pricing yet on what to leave cash wise because I like to tip nicely if the service is good. The staff made me feel so welcome, my masseuse was kind, respectful, and made sure I was comfortable during the entire experience. I attempted to sit out by the pool for a bit after my treatment. However, due to rain, I had to come inside pretty quickly. There was a wide offering of food on the pool menu and I was able to sit and eat my chicken caesar and have a cocktail in the women's sanctuary. I also went downstairs to use the sauna and steam room. The sauna was a perfect temp, clean, and very comfy. I could only stand about 30 seconds in the steam room because of how intense it was. There were heated chairs as well that I could have sat and cooked on for hours. I tried out the experience shower, which had about 9 shower heads. I fear this was the best shower experience of my life. I turned on most of the shower heads and rotated in that thing like a rotisserie chicken. 10/10 would recommend. The area outside of the showers was also great. They had just about anything you need to get ready. Toothbrushes, combs, mouthwash, hair gel, shower caps, hairspray, there was also a hand scrub that smelled incredible. I had everything I needed to do my makeup and hair before leaving for the day.
