5-star update for my go-to selfcare activity! I've been coming to Heavenly regularly for the last few years. It's such a hidden gem located just off Lake Eola downtown. I love the that I can call last minute and always get an appointment within a few hours (at least during the week). Most of the time I go with whatever therapist is available, but after my last visit, I now have a new favorite that I'll be requesting everytime -- shoutout to Rosie! I like firm pressure and therapeutic massages that actually feel like more than just oil being rubbed on my body. I was so impressed by Rosie's technique and it was one of the best foot massages I've had in awhile. It's important to mention that the 1-hr experience is more than just a foot massage. It starts off with a foot soak, aromatherapy, and neck/shoulder/scalp/arm/hand massage before even beginning the feet. After the main foot massage, it ends with a hot stone massage on your feet and lower legs followed by hot towels & exfoliation to remove all the excess oil. For $75, this really is one of the best values I've experienced. It's a dimly lit open room concept with about 14 loungers (not private), but it's always very quiet and relaxing. If you're visiting with one other person, you can request a private room when you arrive and they'll accommodate you if it's available. Can I give this place 10 stars?! I've been twice , once for a couples massage and the other time for a foot and shoulder massage. Wow they go above and beyond to make this experience a whole vibe, from oils and scents all the way to complete and utter silence with relaxation. The couples massage was not together in the same room but they did book us at the same time which was nice. The foot massages on the other hand you can get as a group and it is totally worth it! Can I give a place 100 stars?? I've been going here for years and I've never had a bad experience. They do such an incredible job. I always get the hour long foot massage and they start with the upper body and end with your feet. They use aromatherapy to add to the foot soak and also as essential oils to being the massage. The facility is so clean and aesthetically memorable. It feels like you're on a cloud the entire time and I understand the usage of clouds in their promotional material. I would go here on a weekly basis if I had the budget for it. I love the location also. Parking isn't bad you can most likely score something down the street in the historic neighborhood. Once you get there, all is quiet, and phones are prohibited. You sit on a comfortable chair and get a cozy, warm blanket. The experience begins with a neck, back, and arms massage followed by a scalp massage. It is so relaxing that you can even fall asleep. The massage ends with a foot and leg massage up to your knees. It was so relaxing from the music and aromatherapy. For those who, like me, are new to this experience, here are some tips. As previous reviews suggested, wearing a tank top or strapless top makes the massage more comfortable. Also, wearing shorts or pants that can be rolled up to your knees is a good idea. I was brought here as part of an end-of-year team surprise Holiday treat and let me tell you...what a treat! Since our reservations were prebooked all I had to do was show up on time and mix and mingle with the team until go time. The lobby area is pretty small so I imagine that typically there isn't a lot of waiting around here. We were able to choose 1 of 3 foot soak salts before heading to the large foot spa room in the back. The lights were low with very soft music to create a beautiful relaxing ambience. First, I invested in a 90 minute foot and leg massage. I expected a therapeutic massage that would focus on areas known to cause pain. The massage therapist basically ran her hands up and down my legs and feet for 20 minutes each, using almost no pressure and did not focus on any sore muscles. She did not ask me where I needed her to focus or if I'd like more pressure. The foot soak water was cold and uncomfortable. Overall, it was a glorified application of lotion. Second, there is no parking for clients. The building is half theirs, but I had to park in a parking garage, which cost me $8 extra. The staff were friendly and the building was very clean. I just thought I'd get a lot better massage for my sore and tired feet and legs with $105. I would recommend very clear parking instructions, offering to offset the parking cost, and assessing each client's needs and expectations. read more

My wife and I heard about this spot from a friend and I am SO glad that we took their recommendation! I have gone 4 times now in the past year and have had great experiences each and every time. First of all, I have been able to call a day or two before my desired appointment day and have never had a problem securing an appointment (knock on wood). I've never tried just walking in so I can't speak to that but I suggest calling ahead to avoid any complications. The next thing to know is that they don't have a parking lot. If you're familiar with the Thornton Park area, try to find street parking near Lake Eola or within the neighborhood. You can also park in the garage nearby for a little bit more money. This might go without saying but wear some sandals on your visit just for your convenience. When you arrive, you're met by the receptionist and the two that I've encountered have been extremely hospitable. They ask you what bath salt you want for your foot bath and you can choose between lavender (relaxation), eucalyptus (stress relief) and rose (therapeutic). I've gone with the lavender bath salt each time because I like to pair it with the lavender essential oil that they use on your neck and when they massage your head because I don't like mixing scents and I like how relaxing the scent is. In 3 out of the 4 visits, my wife and I were given the private rooms which I am thankful for during this COVID era we're living in. I appreciate that the staff all still wear their masks even though the mandate has been lifted. We have always gone with the 60-minute massage. Once you get seated, they offer you a soft faux fur blanket so that you can get cozy during the massage session. They drop in the bath salt and soak your feet for 15 mins. While your feet soak, they begin by massaging your head, then your neck and shoulders, then your arms. After your feet have been thoroughly soaked and they are done massaging your arms, they move on to your feet and legs. I have rather sensitive feet so I can appreciate that the massage therapists I've had don't use too much pressure. I've been to some foot massage places that tenderize your feet until they feel like they've been deconstructed into pieces and I don't find that relaxing at all. Thankfully, I've had just the right amount of pressure and I haven't had to ask them to adjust the amount of pressure they're giving. It is an incredibly relaxing experience - I've been close to falling asleep on two of the occasions because of the massage, ambiance and blanket combination. If you've been on your feet a lot and need some relief and relaxation, and you just want to treat yourself to some self-care, consider trying this spa out. I booked my one hour foot massage for a Saturday afternoon. I booked online which was super easy. There were plenty of options available. I had my husband drop me off so I didn't have to deal with parking (as others have said, no parking in that lot). The receptionist was very nice and got me some water. She asked me which bath salt I wanted and explained what each type is for. I went with lavender. My massage therapist was up front to get me right away. She brought me back to a quiet room with several massage stations. There were curtains between each chair so there was privacy. Also, once you get started, you have a blanket and eye cover so you don't even notice. Mary was my massage therapist and she was amazing- very sweet, the perfect pressure, overall just a wonderful experience. I thought one hour was the perfect amount of time. Jorge was HORRIBLE! I have been coming here for years and I love this place. However I had Jorge do my foot spa today and I was in literal tears. It was painful and I told him three times and he did not ease up. He did not use lotion or oil on the massages and it was pinching and hurting my skin. I almost got up and left in the middle if it wasn't for me being with my friends. After all of that and I was leaving in tears and let the manager know and I got nothing done for me. He said he would take 5 dollars off and then when he cashed me out I ended up paying the full price anyways. I am just mortified at the experience today and even more at the handling of the situation. Just very upsetting I spent a lot of money and I do regularly and it's just sad. A Disappointing Experience with Missed Opportunities Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and asked to select a salt for my bath. I was then escorted to the relaxation room where my foot massage would take place. The ambiance was very pleasant, and relaxing, and the atmosphere was tranquil. However, the experience took an uncomfortable turn when the therapist introduced herself and, rather than discussing the service or asking about my goals, immediately requested that I remove my shirt. I wasn't provided a private changing area or a robe to change into. This request was made in the presence of other guests and therapists, which made me feel uneasy. I've been to many spas in my life and I have NEVER been asked to undress in a public setting. When I politely declined, the therapist seemed unsure of how to proceed and looked to another therapist for guidance, who reassured her that it was okay for me to keep my shirt on. The massage began with a scalp massage, which was quite relaxing. But when the therapist moved on to my neck and back, she unbuttoned my shirt and applied oil directly onto my back, soaking my shirt in the process. This was quite frustrating as I was left with a wet and oily shirt for the rest of the day. It was clear that she did not adjust the service to accommodate the fact that I was wearing a shirt, which left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. She could have proceeded with a "dry" massage over my shirt OR taken this extra time on my Feet. This is the whole reason for me booking this service. The experience continued to miss the mark when, after starting a hand and arm massage, I declined. The therapist then left me sitting in the chair for over five minutes without explanation. I was left wondering where she had gone and when, or if, the service would continue. When she returned, the foot massage finally began, but it was underwhelming. Her touch was very light, and when I asked for more pressure, she responded with a noticeable sigh before reluctantly applying a bit more pressure. Despite this, the focus of the massage seemed misplaced--she spent an inordinate amount of time on my calves, toes, and toe pads, while barely addressing the rest of my foot, which is where I had expected the majority of the attention. The session ended abruptly, and the therapist left without offering any further assistance or directions. I was left alone to find my way to the restroom and then to the front desk to check out. I wasn't offered directions or escorted to the reception area. Overall, my expectation for a "FOOT" massage was not met. I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived, frustrated that my shirt was wet and oily, and disappointed that my feet were barely massaged. Made reservations online per the reviews. Came in from out of town. We were advised there was no parking as the seven eleven has allocated zero spots for this business. We were quickly introduced to our therapists upon arrival. One of which was not the person we chose online. They never mentioned why. The room was beautiful. However, we never asked any questions about pre existing soreness, pressure preferences or anything. We weren't told what to expect or given anything to change into. They quickly had my husband take off his shirt with no explanation, no covering and didn't say anything to me. The pressure from my provider was so soft it felt like a tickle. I kept thinking they should call this the tickle me Elmo experience. When asked how I like the pressure finally I said, harder please, which lasted about 2 min before back to tickle. Then, I started receiving a scalp scratch service which I did not ask for. No idea why. Then I was wrapped and unwrapped over and over while blindfolded. Then left alone for about 10min. So odd. The scrub was borderline painful because hardly any water was used. The soaking water was cold and never reheated during the service. A majority of the rub was calves and ankles. I would suggest save your money, and just pay for an elevated pedicure somewhere else. You'll get the same idea for half the price. I'm sad because this place really seemed nice. Over in downtown Orlando by the 7-11 and Graffiti Junction is this spa. The parking in this area really sucks. If you park in front of the spa, 7-11 will tow your car. If you can get past that, you're in for a great experience! The lobby is really nice, quiet and relaxing. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. He offered me water and went over massage options. The massage room is very spacious and enjoyable. I got the 60 appointment and opted for the 15 minute shoulders and back and half hour foot massage (the other 15 minutes is spent on prep and after massage lotions). The masseuse did an excellent job! The whole experience was very relaxing! This was one of the best massage appointments I've ever been to. The price wasn't bad either! My boyfriend recently surprised me with a gift card for a 65 minute foot massage here and I must say, this place lives up to its name. I arrived a little early for my appointment, was offered water and took a seat and waited patiently in the lobby, which smelled divine (I think the aroma was from the bath salts on display, as you can see in the photo attached). As soon as my appointment time rolled around, I was guided down a hallway that lead to a cozy, dimly lit room lined with comfy chairs that had relaxing spa music lulling in the background. Despite the fact that the massage takes place in a room with other customers present, each chair is divided by a curtain which helps make the experience seem more secluded. Magda was my masseuse. I will admit, I was a little skeptical after reading some reviews as I was in the lobby waiting for my appointment time. Quite a few mentioned that the masseuses were inexperienced, did not apply enough pressure or took too many breaks in-between massaging different areas of the body. Maybe I just got the luck of the draw, but Magda was wonderful. She was professional and applied the perfect amount of pressure. Not only that, but she was accommodating. The service begins with a scalp massage but I notified her that I was going to have to skip that part due to having hair extensions. Because of this limitation, she made sure to spend more time on my feet to make up for the time lost where she couldn't massage my scalp. Not only do you receive a foot and a scalp massage, but a shoulder/neck/arm/hand massages as well! Safe to say I was in heaven and toward the end, I was practically dozing off due to being so relaxed and feeling like I was on cloud nine. I didn't want it to end! I visited Heavenly Foot Massage with my family on Monday, August 26th. We had an appointment for 10:00 a.m. I observed an incident at the beginning of our service when we were given the option to choose our bath salt. At the front desk, I overheard Ivanna speaking Spanish to another employee, a young African American lady with blonde hair. Ivanna told the employee she would not be allowed to service our group of five because she was late. I do not believe the employee understood what Ivanna said because another employee had to translate the conversation. Witnessing this incident was disturbing and unprofessional, in my opinion. How a company chooses to reprimand its employees for tardiness is their business. However, handling this matter in a better location, in a private setting, and not in front of guests would have been best. On a positive note, Valentina, my masseuse, did an exceptional job! Despite the rest of the family enjoying their time, we won't return due to this incident. read more

I decided to go for the 90 minute massage today. I loved how all the scents were customizable. There were 3 scents to choose from for the salt bath, which all smelled amazing. I was pleasantly surprised to be taken to a private room and given a fuzzy blanket to keep warm and a weighted eye mask to truly relax. My masseuse then had me choose a scent for the diffuser in the room and dimmed the lights to begin the spa experience. My masseuse then began to massage my shoulders, scalp, and neck while my feet soaked. This was so nice and got out so many kinks. When the shoulder massage was done, he placed a warm towel around my neck while he massaged my feet and even used hot stones on my feet/legs. If you are headed there you should definitely wear a loose shirt and pants that can come up to your knees. I wished they put us in a robe or mentioned that. They had to really move the bra straps and shirt around when getting neck and back sitting up! Also, need to get some garage validation since the parking is limited.
