I've been here 3 times now and I've had great experiences. I'm generally very anxious especially when I need to ask questions about things I don't know much about. I've always felt very comfortable here. Today was the first time I had a lot of questions and the gentleman at the counter knew exactly what I was asking and had very helpful information. I also didn't feel like he was trying to force a sale on me. He just answered what I asked in a knowledgeable and professional way. Attractive store setup and overall a good vibe. 10 out of 10 would recommend. read more

I'm a pretty bubbly, out going person. So, usually people are pretty nice. Not so at this place. Every time I've gone in there, the same guy is working. Maybe he owns it? I'm not sure. He's not very helpful and makes me feel like I'm imposing on him by being there. Last time I went in, I bought my dad a small gift. It was a pipe shaped like a guitar. The screen that came with it was extremely warped, in really bad shape. I asked the dude who worked there if upon purchase I could get a working screen with the pipe. He seemed to have an attitude about that. I was also buying torch lighter. Felt a bit like pulling teeth to get an anwser on what lighter was best. Then, I asked about kratom as I've been wanting to try it. He said I needed to do research before buying it because it's mildly addictive. I'm in an adults only store. Buying things to use with weed. And cigarettes. Does he presume I've never tried alcohol? I don't think he was really trying to protect me from becoming "mildly addicted" to kratom, i think he just didn't want to waste his time telling me what kratom to buy. The whole experience had me annoyed. Then I realized, I've left this store feeling snubbed every time I've gone there. So, I won't be back. read more

Having your ID when you're young, even with a "full-grown beard" is essential, not just here but everywhere, especially when driving a motor vehicle. I found the employees to be very helpful, sure anyone is liable to be a little pissy if they're having a bad day, but knowing this yourself Matthew, maybe you should give them another chance. Also, no matter how professional or non-professional a stores' staff might be, there's no account for some of the retards who come in without their ID's with a pocket full of their mommy and daddy's moolah. I mean think about it; you can be 18 and not be able to buy beer but you could buy Salvia or K2 from these type of shops, ( but you need your ID!) you'd need your ID to buy beer from Kroger right? Well the herbs might get you just as fucked up as the beer or wine, so what you need your ID! Stop whining and start shaving; your beard.

They have a nice selection of plants, herbs and vegetables. One big thing I did notice this year was that they dropped the cell size of the vegetable saplings from 4 to 3 but the price stayed the same $1.99. A lot of places are still charging the same price for a 4 cell so keep that in mind. The plants looked really healthy this year so far. I love their Salad Bowls. I always pick up 2 or 3. It's great having access to fresh lettuce everyday. I also came looking for a couple Lemon Cypress trees. Sadly they don't carry them so that was a bit of a disappointment. We did leave with some herbs and vegetable plants though. TIP: Get here early in the season... The plants that they have in the first week or two of opening are a great deal for their size, a large 4" tomato plant will cost you less than $3.

Owner is awesome. Doesn't hover, but helpful if you need it. Most other shop's ee's will tell you, "oh yeah, I love that flavor, it's my 1-2-3 favorite of all time." This isn't helpful if that's the answer for every flavor you ever ask about. He gives you the real deal here. No fluff. Well stocked. All the juice is similar and equipment is similar at all shops. The employees make the difference. This is why this store stands out. Plus he knows my stomp in' ground of TX. The owner is just a good guy. Best shop. read more

Smoker's World is an attraction for smokers universally. They have extremely nice glass products, including most of your favorite name brands. They have an abundance of any appliance you may need for your smoking purposes. When I was in to purchase some items, I recieved outstanding customer service and a friendly and helping environment.
