The coffee is delicious and the vibes are beautiful. I came here for a cappuccino and to read my book the other day and there were lots of smiles from everyone and comfy chairs to sit in. Hope to be back soon!

If you're looking for good matcha or coffee, come here! Bonhomie is a cute little coffee bar located inside a plant and record shop in Pioneer Square. They're Black, woman, queer, and family owned. They genuinely have one of the best matchas I've had in Seattle! I love their unique Haitian house made syrups that you can add to your drink. The staff were also very friendly. Please come support this local business, they're amazing!

Was suggested this place by an awesome coworker. Ordered the Haitian Mocha Latte and Butter Bread. Wow, what a great treat. The staff was friendly and outgoing. The coffee was terrific. Beautiful decorations. Highly recommend!

Drink: bannann dous latte Such a cute little coffee bar located inside Flora and Fauna! The 2 shots of espresso were very smooth & the sweetness of the caramelized plantain syrup left a nice aftertaste not to mention how perfect the oat milk & (non-alc) rum complemented the drink! It is a seasonal drink so definitely recommend trying it before it's gone.

Been eyeing Bonhomie for a few months on Instagram and was glad to have an opportunity today to come by while in Seattle. I haven't had Haitian coffee before and was super excited to try. They recommended the Bannann Dous Latte from their new spring menu and it was unique and delicious (spiced plantain syrup? For real?!) and made me so wish I had my mom's plantain tart to go with it. I am not free between 11-2 on Sundays very often so was sad to miss out on the baked goods from the Pizza by Ruffin team. The owners of Bonhomie were super sweet and I am hoping they'll get to do this more often (& further south!). Also got to sample the matcha lemonade and it was so smooth- would highly recommend!

5 stars! Bonhomie Coffee had amazing coffee and such great service. Probably the best coffee I've had in a while. The veggie patty was delicious too and paired perfectly with my drink. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I'll definitely be coming back!

I decided to check out Bonhomie Coffee Bar before Super Bowl Sunday (2/9/25). This popular coffee pop up is located in front of Pizza By Ruffin, at the Fairview Market Hall in Seattle's South Lake Union neighborhood. Bonhomie Coffee Bar, a mobile cart, is only available on Sundays 11am-2pm. Bonus is that street parking is free and no Amazon business traffic! Since Konbit closed in the UDistrict, I was happy to learn of this Haitian indie business from local media. Definitely line worthy, but without the lengthy insanity of other local bagel, doughnut, and pastry stops. Welcoming, upbeat staff crafting tasty coffee beverages, featuring fresh baked items, and coffee roasts also for purchase. I tried a delicious Haitian Mocha and Haitian Bread while onsite for nearly an hour. The Butter Cake slice will be shared with The Homie. Because of access to the Pizza By Ruffin ovens, the baked goods are fresh and warm! The nearby seating at Pizza By Ruffin was full, so I headed over to community seating at the market hall. I enjoyed the industrial, modern, and sleek layout. I realized I had been here years ago to checkout adjacent business, Bar Harbor. Check out the latest info via their IG: @bonhomiecoffeebar Nice detour while in SLU!

Everything was delicious and the customer service spectacular. As someone with crohns I cannot have oats or oat milk (mystery to me) as it causes stomach pain. I was lucky enough to be able to bring my own milk to make a couple drinks for me to try. I ordered both the Haitian mocha and the Bannan Dous latte. They were both delicious, though my stomach did not like something in at least one of them so the deliciousness was short lived. Definitely a place I will hype up though - if you don't have gut issues definitely make an effort to try this out. They pop up in different spots, are queer black owned, and just good vibes. No tipping. Period. But feel inclined to do it? Donate. That's what's up.

One of my favorite coffee shops so far in Seattle! Unique, bold, and balanced flavors. SO delicious. The shop is so cute and inviting to work from.

Good spot for the summer since it's an order and pickup at the counter spot (with ringers) and a good post-Greenlake hearty meal. Ordering is done at the counter, then you wait for a buzzer to grab your food, which made it feel more like a cafeteria or fast-food setup than a traditional restaurant. The food was okay, but heavily sauced and lacking the authentic Caribbean flavor I was hoping for. Being from the East Coast, I was really looking forward to some true Jamaican jerk chicken or flavorful oxtail, and unfortunately this missed the mark for me. The best comparison I can think of is making baby back ribs in the oven, pouring barbecue sauce on top, and calling them authentic BBQ ribs -- without the seasoning, smoke, or hours of preparation that make the real thing special. One big plus was the ample parking with generously sized spaces, which is definitely appreciated. Overall, probably not somewhere I'll become a frequent customer, but I could still see stopping in for a quick bite over McDonald's, Five Guys, or standard takeout Chinese food.

We were celebrating my colleagues birthday the day before and were going to see a show at the Royal Room! We got drinks and I had the caprihlana and the Carribean Star! The fried catfish was breaded and crisped perfectly and their sides, especially the collard greens are tasty, a bit tangy and phenomenal! I was able to sample my coworkers dishes (they offered of course and I did too) and the goat curry -- try this too if you like curry! Such amazing flavor and tender goat! They do not take reservations but it's peak around dinner time and weekends! We got lucky with the last big table! The menu is creative and colorful. Staff is amazing! They actually had a location in Kirkland but had to close it and this location remains and is a HIT!
