The technician tried to fix it, but the polish itself was simply bad. The water in the pedicure tub was cold. When I asked for hot water, they said I should have told them earlier. My feet were freezing. The owner came and said, "Next time, tell us and we'll make it hot." I also paid for a massage, but one towel was warm and the other was cold and wet -- they used the same towel on the second leg after it had already cooled down. The polish was bubbling, uneven, and she painted across the nails instead of along them, trying to cover her mistakes. She didn't clean around the nails properly either. They also charged me for the slippers but didn't tell me in advance. At first, they gave me used slippers that other people had worn. When I said I didn't want that, they gave me new ones -- but only then told me I had to pay. The technician even dropped the metal cuticle tool on the floor, rinsed it quickly in the water, and used it again -- no proper disinfection. That is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. Even though I left a tip, I'm extremely disappointed. My friends also used to come here, but I will not recommend this salon anymore. They save money on materials and do not provide proper service. The polish looked so bad that even my two-year-old daughter could do a better job painting my nails. Avoid this place at all costs.

I was surprised how quick my gel manicure and pedicure was. I think I was in and out in under an hour. Which is fine because I hate when nail salons take forever. The only minor "issues" I had were some gel left on my skin. I also paid extra for the cat eye effect and felt like you couldn't notice it as much as the sample. I asked 2x to make my nail shape pointer, and she kind of just left it the same shape I already had them more almond. No big deal. I went on vacation and was in the ocean and pool the whole time and my nails still look great weeks later!

The owner did my nails and she was so friendly and so thorough and my nails looked fantastic at the end. She offered me something to drink, and when I told her no, she had said to just let her know if I change my mind. Customers of hers that had become friends came to visit and they were just as friendly and nice as she was. We had great conversation and it felt like friends getting together. I love their color selection and she suggested a new color that came out and I am obsessed with it. I cannot wait to come back for a pedicure. The spa was clean and looked very fancy with the chandeliers and the lights underneath the pedicure chairs.
