Maybe it was because I haven't had the chance to go in awhile or maybe it was just that good I did the spa pedicure and gel shellac manicure. Total cost with tip $65. What a deal!!!!! (I also tipped a little cash too because she did a great job!) Tiffany was my technician and she was amazing. Let me study for my final during pedicure and chatted for manicure. Chairs are the nicest I've ever seen in a nail shop. No awkward taped remote hanging from the side. HGTV was on. Went on a Thursday at 3:30, did have an appointment that I made only four hours before that and it was not jam packed. Front desk guy was cool under the pressure of running between chairs for technicians, keeping it clean in there, and running the front desk and phone. Polite guy. Only drawbacks- no liners in the foot spa, no military discount. I still will recommend to everyone. Thanks guys! read more

I had high expectations based on Yelp reviews and was primarily underwhelmed. The front desk staff was preoccupied and not particularly welcoming. The massage chair was not operating properly, and when I mentioned this I was told all of them are worn and malfunction frequently. I found the $28 price tag for a basic pedicure to be ridiculously high. However, my manicurist was kind, chatty but not overbearing, and attentive. I really appreciated her attention to detail and the fact that she wasn't in a huge rush to get me out of there and onto the next customer. She alone deserves five stars, but the rest of the place does not. I don't plan on going back, but it wasn't awful either. All together, it was just another average nail salon. read more

This place is great if you are looking for inexpensive. If you want all the different types of wraps and treatments this is not the place. It was about $25 for a pedicure only which is really good. They only took about an hour to do and were very friendly. I just wish they had more options and the lady that massaged my feet did not do it very firmly so it was pointless to me and that is my favorite part of a pedi. Maybe it was just a bad day. read more

I tried this place yesterday since I moved into the area. It's pretty good I think my only complaint is that I don't love my painted on French tips but, they also could have not turned out well because my nails are so short right now and they are small so it looks a little wonky (to me). Other than that, I loved my manicurist. She did a wonderful job on my toes and I loved the options they had for a pedicures. I got the Deluxe Pedi and a Shellac Manicure. The total was about $78, a little more expensive than I normally spend for the same, but they did a good job, I was sat quickly and offered a beverage, and they were very nice. I will defiantly be going again. read more

This salon is clean and very popular. The technicians do excellent work. That is why I made an appointment to get a shellac mani/pedi but I was ASTOUNDED by the final bill. I was charged over $100! When I asked why it was so much, I was told that they charge an EXTRA $28 fee to do french tip style. That's $28 for the manicure and another $28 for the pedicure! This is the first time a nail salon has ever charged me such a ridiculous amount of money for French tip - $56 extra!! Furthermore, I was never told or explained that they add on this expensive fee. It's not posted anywhere and it was completely unexpected! I feel taken advantage of! Please be very careful and ask for totals BEFORE your technician begins, or you too, may be stuck with a much higher bill than expected! read more

I absolutely love this place!! it's great, it's a familly owned and run business by Taki and Connie. i've had to bring my boys along to spa days and they've always been super sweet and kind even when my little ones weren't always perfect patrons. :P taki is the only one the does brazilian waxes but they have a great staff that can do regular mani/pedi, GEL nail polish with AXXUM brand gels, facials etc... definately make an appointment especially on the weekends since they're usually busy. They take walk ins but usually they're booked up. definately recommend this place for quality and price. ^_^ read more

This is my new favorite nail place! I was a walk-in and was accommodated pretty quickly! I was in DIRE need of a nail polish change. Yen took care of me. She was very efficient and very professional. She made suggestions for a nail color, she encouraged me to open the bottles to look at the actual color. Super nice lady and I will definitely be going back and making an appt this time. read more

I knew this place is going to be great by the reviews and by how busy they are but they really did take their time on my pedicure and let me relax which is what I really want to do. I went on a busy Saturday, so I knew I would wait. The wait was about 45 minutes so if you're in a rush I would say make an appointment. read more

Best mani-pedi ever from Steven! I made a reservation and did not have to wait. They made me a fresh cup of coffee and I was very comfy in the new massage chair. Using top line products, Steven was friendly, professional and skilled. My feet felt and looked great when he finished. The manicure was also excellent and he really took his time. All in all, I paid $90 plus tip for nearly a two hour spa experience which included gels on all 20 nails and a paraffin treatment. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for, right? The salon ambience was lovely and relaxing and my visit did the trick of making me feel pampered. I will definitely be back. read more

I walked in at 3:37PM & she gave me an appointment for 4PM so I waited there. I was taken back & was very pleased with Kim. She made my nails look beautiful again!! Service from host was great, but the lady who did my eyebrows, could of been better. My eyebrows weren't even, she pinched me multiple times.. she hit my nose 5 times! One time ok I get it, it's in the center of my eyebrows but 5, ok now you're not even trying to be cautious. They just need to have someone else do eyebrows. read more

Me, my mother, my 3 bridesmaids and flower girl went to get pedicures and manicures on my wedding day 07/14/14. Had the best time, the pedicure massage chairs where awesome and hilarious & everyone had such a great time. So patient, friendly, fun and did our toes and nails perfectly. Nice folks, but one of the worst manis ever. My dip top coat chipped days after the mani. I went back in, they fixed it free of charge, but that top coat "fix" chipped too. I work in an office and have gotten dip manis for the last 2 years... The chips gave never happened before or since. read more

I absolutely loved this place. I'm from California so I was trying to find a replacement for my old nail salon. I was hesitant about every single salon here but oh my goodness I loved this place. They're very easy to understand which a huge thing for me because I love chatting and they're up to date with current styles!! Which is so hard to find. Their shop is very clean and pretty which is obviously a big deal. I went with my boyfriend, I got a full set coffin shaped with shellac and he got a spa pedicure(and won't shut up about how amazing it was) I definitely recommend this place! Ask for Steven! I've been a regular here at Ann's nail salon for about 7 years now and I will never go anywhere else. From the ease of scheduling an appointment, the great customer service, and the quality of nail care you receive I give them hands down 5 stars. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment in advance due to the fact that they are the best and their schedule fills up FAST! Well, after trying numerous nail places both around home and work seeking the place I felt most comfortable, I have finally found a permanent location to get my nails done. My mother and aunt rave about this place and won't go anywhere else. After going a few times in their company, I've seen what all the love is about! Prices are reasonable, everyone here is very, VERY friendly and helpful. It's very popular here so I highly recommend making an appointment. A testament to the good service! My only qualm is that I have trouble choosing colors because there's no swatches, just bottles-- which sometimes looks a bit different on nails! But I can live with that for the good service. Just today a tech sampled colors on her own nail for me to see, which I really appreciated. I'll be back! read more

Wow! Awesome service. The ladies here are so genuinely nice and helpful. This spa is so comforting too. It was very nice to walk in and feel comforted. This will be the only place I get my nails done in the area! My pedicure service was amazing. Great massage and she made sure to exfoliate all the way from my heels to toes. Very lucky to have found this spot. They take their time and make the most of your money! Highly reccomend read more

I came in excited to try this place because they had several good reviews and the first photo is what i asked for and the second one is what i got. The nails were badly done, nails were too thick, painting was chipped and glitter was not as planned and they didnt want to fix them and after talking to the manager they still wanted me to pay for something so ugly while being horrendously rude and arrogant! Today was actually my first time coming here to Ann's. My experience was great. My nail technician was Tina and I couldn't be more satisfied with how good my nails came out. She was friendly and I felt she took her time on my nails. I'm looking forward to making this my go to nail salon from now on. Now I know why this salon has so many great reviews. She used a high-speed drill, cutting my skin three times and grinding my natural nails until they were paper-thin and painful. * Poor Service: When I asked for a new tech, the second lady had a bad attitude and was confused by a simple color request (Pink D02). The manager had to intervene just to find the bottle. * Safety Hazards: I explicitly told reception I cannot soak in acetone. The second tech ignored this and tried to wrap my fingers in acetone foil while a different chemical remover was already applied to them. They do not know basic safety or application techniques. I went in for a manicure and left with damaged nails.

Called to see if I could get a Gel Mani-Pedi appt and was hoping to get Sandy again. I showed her my one broken nail that I told I kept trying to grow out but kept breaking and showed her my thin, scraggly nails. I told her I was trying to grow them out for months after I stopped using Dip Powders. She hooked me up and made them look pretty even if the nails weren't long. Kudos to her and thank you for not letting me feel embarrassed about the state of my toes and nails, LOL!! She'd just say "It's okay! I'll take care of you!" :-)

With busy schedules, I found a day that worked for everyone and booked my appointment. I arrived about an hour early so I could enjoy the hot tub before my massage. I was also planning to take advantage of the spa amenities afterward and grab lunch at one of the restaurants. About 10 minutes before my appointment, I put on my robe and headed to the waiting area. As my appointment time came and went, I watched every other guest get called back for their massages while I continued to wait. After another 10 minutes had passed, I finally went to the front desk to ask what was going on. The manager came out and informed me that there had been a miscommunication and my massage therapist was unable to make it to work that day. Unfortunately, there were no other therapists available and no alternative appointment times. I was simply told they were sorry and that I would need to reschedule. At that point, I broke down in tears. This wasn't just a massage, it was my birthday gift and my first opportunity to step away from the chaos and demands of postpartum life. Having that experience taken away without any notice was incredibly disappointing. To their credit, they did offer me a complimentary massage whenever I am able to rebook, which I appreciated and accepted. However, this was a very disappointing first impression. A simple phone call before I arrived could have saved me the time, effort, childcare arrangements, and emotional letdown.
