While Kenny Blando does his best, the staff here is rude and do not care a bit about the patients. After hitting my call button and waiting a very long time the atte dant said "you should have called me earlier". This was because I could not eat the food. Scalloped potatoes tasted like paper, veggies were rubbery. I had asked her for a grilled cheese sandwich before. I am tired of being treated this way. I may be old and sick but that is NO excuse. I want to be transferred to a facility what cares for its patients. We dessrve better treatment! If attendants cannot treat us better they have no place here but should work at spme fastfood place. Bonnie Vie do not care about our love ones. Instead sit on their butts and talk about patients among each other.and let people suffer and making false claims about Hospice care for whatever reason, Please someone check into this place out especially the nurses. They don't run blood work they just leave you to rot and they steal. read more
