Hands down Theee BEST car wash in all of Visalia. Best wash for your car that you don't have to get out at all if you choose to do so. The hardworking guys dry it for you after you run it through. You do have to vacuumed it yourself but that's cool in my book. They also, offer full service and detailing if that's your cup of tee. My wife and I pay for the monthly subscription so we wash our cars atleast once a week and we feel it's worth every penny. We've been to atleast 3 other car wash spots in town but we feel Champs is the absolute BEST!!! Give them a try. You won't regret it. I will also add, DO NOT GO at Lunch time from 12-1pm during the week. It does get slammed and the workers also take lunches as well so you will be waiting for someone to come and dry your car for a bit. One time I had to get out and dry it myself. This is easily one of the best quick service car washes in town. The prices are comparable to similar spots in town (honestly may even be cheaper), and the level of detail really sets them apart. Right from the start, you're greeted by a cashier, I didn't have to deal with a machine, and they're the ones who actually spray bug cleaner on your car before you even enter the wash. It's a small touch that makes a big difference. I really appreciate that they have staff on hand to do a quick brush-down before your car even enters the wash. The whole process feels a little more cared for than the typical drive-through wash. Once inside the wash, everything runs smoothly, and the scent they use at the end leaves your car smelling so good. I didn't go into the building, but there were signs advertising free popcorn, donuts, and coffee; such a nice touch for anyone who does go inside. After the wash, friendly workers are outside drying your car by hand, making sure it's spotless before you drive away. The self-serve vacuums are included and have excellent suction, much better than most other places in town. There are plenty of upgrade options available, but no one was pushy about it, which I appreciated. I have a monthly membership. I went today and then waited 8 minutes for someone to come and dry the car. I watched 3 cars pull in after me and get taken care of. Drying is my least favorite part of washing the car. I got to drive home and then dry. I will be cancelling my membership. read more

So disappointed that I showed up 40 minutes before close of business (7pm) and was told I could not get my interior cleaned because it was too close to closing... If your business states you close at 7pm, services should be available until then. The exterior wash takes less than 2 minutes long and they would've had more than 30 minutes to do a simple wiping down. An extra star was added because I was able to vacuum via self-serve since I purchased an external wash only and a staff member helped wiped down the exterior... though, sure would've appreciated the help to do a simple interior wipe down with more than 30 minutes left of their scheduled shift after my wash. I either go here or to surf thru because it is closer to my home but I come here if surf thru is really busy or if I forget my dry towels ( which is most of the time). I always have a good experience here but today their service was excellent!! Shout, to the boys that work here. They're super sweet carrying, and helpful. I had some gunk that didn't get off my hood on my first wash, which I didn't notice or really cared about ( I don't really expect much for a drive-through car wash) but the worker that approached my car to dry (the reason why I love coming here) let me know that there was some gunk on my car that didn't come off and told me to go through another time. Of course for free! I came out the second time and the gunk wasn't fully off, and I told him not to worry about it, but three guys came to my car and try to figure out how to take it off with a spray and a sponge. so special shout out to the two boys that were wearing glasses and one with curly hair that was wearing a cup sorry I didn't get your name! And on top of that, someone came to do a tire shine. Again, I do not remember his name but special shout out to the guy with the tattoos. From now on, I will make sure to drive the extra couple miles to get my car washed. Also, their deals are the best. I paid $13 for the most basic wash and was offered to take my car within 30 days to get it washed for the same price however sadly I had to decline because they not live in Visalia I just come to visit! Aliyah has greeted me multiple times with a smile, always being so sweet and making sure we leave with a trash bag and an air freshener for free. After taking my car to the other full service car washes around, I'll never go anywhere else again. My car looks FABULOUS! I have dogs who ride in my car so dog hair is always an issue but Champs cleaned the interior so well there wasn't a dog hair in sight! The interior was spotless! At first "The Defender" price ($65) sounded a bit pricey but after seeing the results I'll be back here on a monthly cadence! I take both my van and truck to Champs for vehicle washes. The vehicles come out looking nice and clean. Staff are always willing to dry off your vehicle. I have been told it is part of the wash. I always tip anyway. However, today when I brought my truck in for a wash, the attendant noticed that I had hit a yellow pole with my front left bumper. I told him I just did it before coming to get it washed. I was so upset. He said that they may have something that would take off the paint as there were no scratches in my paint. Washed the truck pulled around and met Raul. He looked at and told me he could take that yellow paint off. Go inside the lobby and he would get me when he was finished. About 10 minutes, he comes in and gets me. I looked at the front bumper and it was perfect. There was no yellow paint and he had also pushed out the dimple dent as well. I wanted to hug him. So I had my car passenger side mirror replaced about 6 months ago, and everything was perfectly fine with it however today at champs express while getting my car washed my passenger side mirror snapped in half, the plastic from the mirror just broke off, I've never had this happen to me at any other car washes , this was my first time at champs express, the manager took a look and said that my car had already been damaged even though they broke it.
