Horrible!!!! The only reason why I gave it one star was because of the guy who scrubbed the outside of my car first! I paid for the $30 wash which was the highest because I wanted my rims to be cleaned and the inside of my doors. The guy who "cleaned" the inside of my car was on his phone for the first 10mins and then decided he would vacuum my car. He didn't clean the inside of my doors, barley vacuumed anything the middle console was dusty and had milk drops that had been spilled yesterday. Not one rim was cleaned not one! I came home and had to finish it myself! I told the guy if he could wipe down the doors and he wiped down one. I figured he would recheck the rest and he didn't! I will NEVER EVER COME HERE AGAIN! I saw the ad for this business in the Tulare Directory and I wanted to try them out. I had not washed my car for two weeks and there was bird droppings on the roof and rear window. The entrance is through J St to the immediate washing area. There were 4-5 workers on the job. Their prices are listed on a large menu. I got the Diamond Express wash for $22. They do accept debit cards. The process was a fast as expected (45 mins). I sat in the lounge area outside, but there is an indoor area with a bathroom. WiFi is available and water too. I enjoy supported small and local businesses. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and will return. read more

I started going when it changed owner and they started having the $5 wash. I liked it because they pre scrub it first. Not 100% but it still came out clean. So my husband said he needed a wash I told him to go here. And when he paid the owner hindue guy. The hindue guy told his son something in hindue to don't scrub it I guess because the kid did not scrub it. They just walked away. I'm not saying to get a full car wash but they can at least scrub the front of the car. read more

I can truly say this was a truly great experience. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and showed genuine concern in what needed to be done and then some. I will say they exceeded my expectations, very reasonable priced for what I received in return. I got my accord fully detailed, shampooed and all and it was shinning like she was brand new, they even cleaned under the hood. I think this place is great and I wish Visalia had a shop like this. I usually can expect about a 45 minute time frame when getting my car washed and detailed, mostly because everything is done by HAND! Yes, you have more personal attention on your car and the results show. This is not a "ride and shine" $6 wash that neglects nooks and crannies of your car, this is the real deal. The prices aren't cheap, but there not expensive either, I spend a couple hours in my car 4 days a week, usually eat at least 1 meal in my car every day, so my car deserves a good cleaning every couple of months. This is a great full service car wash! I took my Tahoe here a few weeks ago and I was really happy with the outcome. They cleaned inside and out really well. However, I want to bring attention to the integrity of the people who work there. I'm a mom of 2 small littles so things get crazy and apparently while I was trying to clean out all the diaper bags and things $20 had slipped out of my bag and fallen on the floor board. I wish I had caught the name of the man who while vacuuming it out brought it right to me. He could have kept it and I never would have known. I will be back and it's nice to know there's people working there who value hard work and integrity. I will be back. read more

Took my car down this morning for an inside and out wash. There was a small amount of trash inside the car. When I pulled up and asked for an inside and out ($20 for cars) he asked to look into the back seat area, and I let him. He said it would be $50! He said it was extra work(I pulled out the trash myself in 1.5 minutes when I got back to work). So I said just exterior (the sign includes tire black and drying). That was $12 but he told me that they do not dry the cars, the machine does everything including the tires. It does have an air drier but there was no noticable difference in the tire black when the wash was over. There were no name tags, but the skinny gentleman in the black turban was abrupt and rude, the air dryer didn't work hardly at all on the left side of my car, and the entire experience was offputting and shabby. Don't waste your time here, there are two or three other much better places to get your car washed in Tulare. What happened to customer service??? Horrible! read more

Call the Cops I was ripped off at Paradise Auto Spa. I paid $30 bucks for the Top of the Line treatment. They said that they would wash and Hand dry out side of my car. Vacume the inside with wipeing down the inside dash and clean the inside windows. They were to wipe down the inside of the doors along with the door jams. I complaned to the guy who looked like he was incharge. He jumped in and started to do the windows. The owner came out and gave nothing but excuses. These guys suck and I will never go there again. I was excited to finally have a full service car wash back in Tulare, but after going there I will continue driving to Visalia to Red Carpet Car Wash. I paid $30 for something I could've got at an express drive through car wash for under $10. Very disappointed! read more
