I was immediately greeted and welcomed in. I didn't quite have an idea of what I wanted, but after a little conversation with my nail tech, we landed on a pink ombre. She got right to work and dove into her art. The atmosphere was kind of fun-there were other patrons there chatting with each other and seemed to be regulars. People were jovial and having a good time. I saw that the lady next to me got a lovely hand massage at the end of her service, but mine was a bit rushed. They get the job done but nothing outstanding. The massage for my pedicure lasted literally 5 minutes that included hot rocks. There was also no pressure for the massage. For my pedicure they weren't filed the same shape either. Some were rounded, some were squared. Usually they massage your hands with a manicure. She gave me the lotion to put on myself. Such a nice place to get a pedicure. The gal that gave me the pedicure was so professional and nice to me. I am so glad I made the choice to stop here. They were clearly busy the day before the Fourth of July and still happily got me in. I opted for the Deluxe Pedicure with hot stone massage, it was AWESOME. So relaxing! It only cost me 35.00 and a tip. Lots of pretty color polishes to chose from. They had about 5 different pedicures to choose from to. When this place opened they were great, but it has seriously gone down hill since. I went in for a dip manicure the other day and had the worst experience. I was with Lihn (she has horrible customer service) and had the worst experience I've ever had while getting my nails done. Another customer came in and Lihn started yelling and complaining about her while using the electric file and knicked the entire left side of my natural nail off. I pulled my hand away because I started bleeding and she yelled at me to give my hand back so she could finish. She never once apologized or tried to fix it, instead she stormed off and had someone else finish my nails. Also, to remove dip they use Walmart brand nail polish removal sponges. They are used by everyone and not switched out! They used to be hygienic and give you your own bowl of acetone, but I guess that is just too much work for them now. The pedicure was very painful. The water was burning hot the drill to remove my gel on my toes was burning and cut my skin. When the foam to separate your toes I notice orange nail polish on it and didn't think anything of it until she took it off and put it back with her stuff to be reused instead of trashing it ... FUNGUS! They also kept trying to up-sale you on everything. I did end up getting a acrylic because the girl doing them had the prettiest ombré almond shape nails. But the pedicure I will never go back to this place for that. read more

I can't comment on their nails, as we only came in here for an eyebrow wax. My daughter is really picky about her eyebrows and will (usually) only go to 2 places to get them done... but since my niece recommended this place, we decided to give it a try, and I'm glad we did. Usually they do pretty good here but today was a disaster. My husband and I went in for a pedicure and I for gel nails. We both picked the Deluxe pedicure but instead of it being a relaxing experience, we were rushed through the pedicure in 30 minutes. My husband's nails were not cut straight but instead he came home with jagged toe nails. Also why would they start with him instead of me when I'm having more services done and could've used more dry time whereas he didn't even get his nails painted with clear coat? For mine, the bright orange color I picked ended up being all goopy. I'm not an expert but I could tell when she was putting it on, it wasn't the right consistency. It had probably been sitting for at least a couple years and should've been thrown out a long time ago. My gel finger nails turned out only slightly better. I picked a pale greenish blue color but they ended up looking like smurf. Definitely not the same color as on their sample. Worse yet, after my finger nails were done, after my toes had been drying for 30 minutes, when I went to take off my foam sandals to put on my real sandals (shouldn't they have offered to do that for me), sure enough, despite my being careful the goopy orange paint got all smeared. When I showed them, instead of taking the smeared polish off, they just gooped even more on top of it. Also, they got irritated with me for smearing the polish instead of admitting it was poor quality polish. I've been getting pedicures for over 30 years and if a quality polish is applied the right way, 30 minutes should be enough dry time. Also, no offer of heat lamps or anything else to speed the process along. When we went to pay, we presented a completed stamp card from our previous visit so she gave us $10 off but refused to give us any additional stamps for the 3 services we had just had done. Finally, sure enough, despite walking very carefully, my toenails smeared again! That's what happens when you just keep gooping more polish on instead of taking off the bad polish and starting again. I'm going to another place to get a polish change tomorrow. Ridiculously bad service and quality today. read more

I have had my nails done for 30+ years and went here because of convenience and they had the covers in the pedicure bowls. I made and appt for 4pm as they said they would be slow then and they told me who I would have. I arrived at 4 pm and they were swamped. 1. they didnot manage traffic well. Most salons with mani=pedi have you relax first with the pedi and a chance to unwind. Here they make you do the fill first and then hand you off to the pedi member who seems to be less experienced. Nothing relaxing even on the top pedi with the stones. It was very mechanical and no soaking time. 2. Mani fill worried me in that the person I started with saw someone walk in without an appt and just stood up and said, she would have someone else do my nails. The equipemtn and UV light was very dirty and the fill material was all in the air and on the table, etc. I have always had others carefully control that for their health and mine. I had flecks on my suit. The nails started catching on my clothes and edges rough. Will not return. read more

I wish I can leave review without rating. After technician did my nails they hurt for days. The internet price for the dip was listed to be $40 and he ( guy name Calvin) charged me $50. They also added the credit card fee and then the tip of course. All my fingers he filled more on the right side so they look crooked and not even. When i questioned that he said my fingers are naturally crooked. The day after the 2 of my nails were already chipped and i did not do any work besides preparing breakfast. So i ended up paying almost $60 for such a bad work...i would never go back there!!! read more

I took my Boys here for their first Pedi. They loved it but had nothing to base it on. Kinda odd because usually when I go get a Pedi, they throw every upgrade possible at me and I've been know to blow $60+. Not at Bonnie Nails. I wasn't even asked. It may have been because at the front desk I mentioned hot stones. HOT stones. What I got was barely warmer than my skin stones. Holly couldn't massage me and get me out of there quick enough. She has some pretty fast motor skills but when you're trying to enjoy something it's not relaxing. Honestly, the massage chair and baby bottle of water was better than my pedi. My heels are still rough but she did rub my calfs like she was getting a DNA sample out of a Bull. Worst Pedi this guy has ever gotten. Loved the place! It was nice and clean and I could tell all of the technicians took pride in cleanliness. I just got the wrong technician. Took my 12 year old daughter in here for a girls day pedicure. They asked us to pick our colors. I told them that I would be getting Gel polish but my daughter would be getting regular polish. The gentleman that was assisting us, looked dumbfounded with a blank stare on his face. He then told me that gel would be better for her. I said she was fine with the regular polish. He again, pushed and said "Gel will last longer and be better for her" I said "I get that but I just want to get regular polish for her" we proceeded to get our pedicures and the gentleman did my daughters. I was with my mother who needed help to get in the chair, all 4 employees just looked at their phone didn't bother to help, I can help mom but i was in the middle of my pedicure. I had to stop and help my mom and not 1 person out of courtesy offer to help. It was our first time to Bonnie since we moved to the area, it will definitely be our last time going there. My pedicure was horrible, I had to ask to put a clear gloss after the 2nd coat. I had to asked if she can scrub the bottom on my feet since it said it's included in the package I choose. This was my salon before COVID, but during the pandemic went to another salon that was larger to mitigate the spread of disease. I felt I could return to my local salon with waning numbers. I likely won't return to Bonnie Nails. They do a great job on the nails but the salon is dirty. This tells me they are no longer following CDC cleaning protocol. That and their prices went up. When you have to go every two weeks this matters. I'll continue to go to the larger salon since they are much cleaner for the same price. read more

They were welcoming at first. Then girl with the short pixie haircut told me to sit at the end. At first she was fine. Then I let her know I wanted square round for my nail shape. She asked if it looked okay after shaping them. I asked her to shape it a little bit more more round on the outer corners. But she mentioned it's an extra 5$ if you wanted an oval. But I didn't want it to be round as an oval. I just didn't want it to look as sharp as a square. She didn't seem to understand me so I said nothing. Then she started putting the acrylics on and there are still glue around my nails. And how she painted my nails was horrible! I've been to many nail salons and this is the worst one I've been to. The rest of the people were kind it's just the lady I got was so unprofessional and rude. (The lady with a pixie haircut) And obviously needs to work on her customer service. I've been here a total of two times. The first time was good. I got acrylic nails in an orange color for fall, the lady who did them was nice and very quick. I came back a few weeks later for a fill and to change the color to black. I unfortunately was not able to go with the women I had last time. The other worker struggled getting the orange off and used different tools one of which ripped my cuticle off that is still sore and red. After that she got the black dip powder she started doing my nails. I don't know how long she has been doing nails or if she ever had done the dip powder but it took her double the time as the first women. She missed spots on every nail and they are extremely lumpy. On top of that she didn't get off the loose powder so there is white specks through out all of them. After a long time the nails where finished to her liking and she commented on my eyebrows being bushy and needed a waxing. ( In my opinion that's out of line and very rude to even say ) I agreed because I've been very busy and haven't been able to pluck them like usual. When we were in the room waxing she finished my eyebrows and then continued to say my lip and whole face needed done as well. She did my upper lip and without asking if I wanted more done she continued to do the rest of my face. My fiancé was with me and she kept showing him the peach fuzz on the strips and laughing. I now have marks on my face because of how hard she ripped them off. I was there until the salon closed because of how long she took. My total ended up being 70$ which was more than I wanted to pay and with how rude and insulting she was being I did not tip her and started to walk out. She stopped me and told me that I forgot to tip. I am dumbfounded I've never had anyone tell me to tip them. Wanting to get out or there I tipped her 5$ and left immediately. I am so frustrated and insulted. I almost left in tears because of how badly I was treated. read more

I always try to make an appointment and they are usually ready at the time i get there or in a couple minutes which is perfect because then you have time to pick the colors you want. I always get acrylics with gel and always get Katie is she is available. Katie always an amazing job super friendly and makes sure they are perfect for me.
