My normal spot for pedicures was completely booked when I wanted to go in, so I tried to search around WVC and Taylorsville for a new location to fill in for that day. I, unknowingly, may have found my new go-to. Their prices are a little more, but the value seems worth it. I've never had someone take such a detailed approach to my toe cuticles and in making sure all of the dead skin was gone around my heels. Pleasantly surprised at how much value is just tucked away in this little corner. The hot stone and oil massage was another plus. Only giving a 4 star because the other nail tech doing another client dropped quite a few products/towels on the ground and continued to use them. Felt a bit off to me, but the individuals working on mine and my friend's pedicure were completely clean/sanitary during the whole thing. read more

Quang is the guy I go to for years and he is a perfectionist. He can do great acrylics or basic manicure. The designs he has created for me gets me compliments all the time! Snow is amazing at pedicures. She will spend her time clipping and rubbing your feet until your in bliss. Great massage chairs that are always working. Make sure to get an appointment! Reasonable prices, tip well as it's family owned shop. Lose star because sometimes I've had to wait over 20 minutes even with appointment. I hate waiting! Especially if I'm driving so far! read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I got my dip nails done here on Sunday, they all broke the next day right where they added a short tip. They were flimsy AF! I went in a few days later to have them redo it all over again. This time telling the nail tech "hey, can you please glue the tip up a little higher so it does not break again". NOPE, he was giving me this whole spiel that it's wrong and professional nail techs should never do nails like that Bla Bla bla. I've been getting my nails done for over a decade. Please stop! Seriously. He left a bunch of overhang of dip powder above my nail beds and told me "oh it will come off" omg! Seriously I can't! Lol. It's been ONE day, ONE! And guess what? They broke again. My mother took my sister and me in as a Mother's Day gift. We made 2 appts at 10am. When we arrived the lady prepared the pedicure stations and sat my sister and I down with our feet soaking. She began to work on my sister and there was only one other man there who was already doing another woman's nails. Well, 30 minutes later he finally came over and began to work on my feet which had been in the water this whole time and the water was now cold too. The lady working on my sister took 50 minutes on my sisters feet, taking her time to provide a quality pedicure. The guy literally took 20 minutes on my pedicure. Rushed through the exfoliating sugar scrub, and the massage which is supposed to be the best part of the pedicure. He did not clean around the nails well. He finished up as fast as he could and I realized why as I noticed he had scheduled someone else when a lady walked in and said she had an appointment at 11am. He didn't even put the toe separators or sandals on me he rushed the polish and said thanks and walked off to help the woman that just walked in. Extremely disappointed especially when I saw how well the woman serviced my sister. When I told her he rushed she tried to make excuses and said she could fix it but seriously? I made an appointment and am not going to stay longer taking more time out of my day because someone didn't do their job right. In fact, I had to come home and finish cleaning my own nails as there was still dirt in there from the gardening I've been doing this week. Along with dead skin he should have removed. NEVER going back and I do Not recommend it. Quality should Always be the top priority. Horrible experience and way to start off the day! read more

Worse service ever! I got a pedicure and my nails had to be repainted due to the poor horrible technician that I had. My feet have dry skin on the bottom still and try skin all over my toes. My mom feet were burning because her technician was way to rough. The staff was very rude when I complained about our pedicures. I had my first pedicure ever done here when I was pregnant. It was awhile ago when we came in before they closed. They took us in no problem, only issue was after this I had a chronic pain in my big toe. It started with my right then my left big toe started hurting. I went to the podiatrist and she said I had an inflamed infected ingrown toenail. She took care of it but sadly I'm still suffering from it. As it keeps growing back horribly and I've never had an ingrown before this ever. This wasn't from genetics, but from poor rushed work. The podiatrist also said this is pretty common from nail salons. I don't know if it was from improper preparation, or dirty tools. Perhaps a combination of it all? I worry the time of day when we came in had a huge effect on the infection maybe the tub wasn't properly cleaned? Who knows, but what I do know is I did my research and some nail salons aren't legally allowed to touch that part of the nail, without the right certification. I don't recommend. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would! Absolutely ridiculous how they handled business today. I came in as a walk in, she said she couldn't take me. Understandable, it's busy. She said come back at 11:15. I told her I'd come back at 11:15. I live an hour away, so I waited around in town for 2 hours for this appointment. Come in at 11:05 and they said I didn't make an appointment. I said I did. She said she'd put me down and to come back. I'm assuming the owner, said that's not how this works I needed an appointment and to tell her. I said I did tell her! Mind you, I was still checked in from this morning, when she told me to come back! Now she's looking at me and acting like I'm lying and didn't tell her I'd take it. He walked away and said pick a color (with a attitude!) I said no thanks, I'll go somewhere else and walked out. But I was supposed to have an appointment! Now, I have to find somewhere else to go. I've been going here since they opened, I have recommended them every single time!! Never again. Like why tell me to come back and then look at me like I'm speaking crazy!! Absolutely ridiculous. THIS WAS THE BEEEEST!! I came in for my wedding day nails with one of my bridesmaids. THEY DID SUCH AN INCREDIBLE JOB!! It wasn't crowded and they treated us like queens! The place was so clean and the ladies were so, so nice. I was worried about my design and they were able to pull off exactly what I was looking for. Tina and her mom are amazing! They take care of you and make sure you're pampered if you have to wait for even 5 minutes! One of the very best full gel sets I've ever had!
