I've been here a couple of times and the service has always been great. Both times I came the shop was closed, but one of the owners happened to drive up each time for deliveries, and let me into the shop both times and called someone to come help me. Frankly this is fabulous customer service. The first time I went I I had a specific color bikini in mind which they did not have. They let me go through a closet full of fabric bolts and let me choose a fabric I wanted and then custom made me the bikini. The price was very reasonable and didn't cost more than the already made bikinis. The quality was good as well. The second time I went in I again was looking for a specific color, which they didn't have. They they are now making that custom for me. Most of their bikini bottoms have scrunch backs. If you want less scrunch or no scrunch at all, they can do that too. Really I am very happy with this shop, the quality, the customer service, and the extent they go to make their customers happy. After initial purchase and wear of bikini UPDATE: Ok first thought OMG a shop in Ontario that has Bomb ass bikinis yeaaah!! So after my hype and my purchase as I got into my car and Took another look at my bikini I saw some loose thread on my top, no biggie, but kinda bugged me(tbh) fwd a few hrs I got to Vegas and wore my bikini( large top medium bottoms) top seemed a bit small so I was tugging the whole day to keep my girls up. The owner Vanessa (I believe it is Vanessa) is very sweet and so talented and will custom fit/make any suite you would like and makes sure that you are comfortable and feel your best in your beautiful new suit! Ther swimwear designs range from sexy and sparkly to lacy with ruffles and have cuts to flatter every body type all at great prices! You really cant beat getting a custom fitted suit for the price and they have a great selection of already made suits to buy off the rack. Their customer service is top notch too! I was in a wedding last summer and all the bridesmaids wanted to have matching bikinis for the bachelorette party. I sent all the girls there where they were able to choose their suit style and have them all custom made in the same material and with coordinating details. They all came out great! Some of the girls required more alterations than others and Vanessa even met me late one evening after hours to deliver those suits and ensure we had them in time for our bachelorette weekend. read more

I'm a long-time customer here at Bonny Bikini. Started coming when they were still called Unico and didn't even have sizes for their suits! It was almost like "one size fits all" and you had to try a few on to find that perfect fit! I'm sad my first suit purchased from here (probably like six years ago) just recently tore in the butt, but I think the elastic just couldnt hold much longer!They've come a long way but their customer service and goal to make their customers happy is exactly what got them this far! I must say I've bought bikinis other places and I always end up taking them in to Bonny Bikini to get them altered because they're horrible! They are simply the best at what they do! My entire family goes here! (Even my mom custom ordered a one piece) !! You can pick your style, pick your size, and even pick your fabrics !! It's hard to come by such well-crafted swimwear and the best fabrics for their prices! Normally it's roughly $65 a suit but you can get any top or bottom and they typically charge them the same. Also, they do FREE ALTERATIONS to any suit bought in the store!! Some are cheaper, some a little more expensive. But you can't pass up the $5 baskets or sometimes walls that they have up in the store. They always have some kind of promotion or in-store sale. (Right now all set bikinis are $45!) This store has a back room the owners spend hours sewing in every day; hand-crafting new styles! You can add bows or chains or typically anything you please to give your suit that extra bling for just a small price! Often they do it for free!!! And if you're lucky and it's somewhat slow that day, they will add it to the suit right in front of you so you get to take it home that day! Bonny Bikini is also online but their selection is far less than what they have in-store! They have a store website and can also be ordered on etsy! If you're looking for a super cute bikini, you have to stop by this place! Not only because they're cheap for a custom swim line, but because they are the absolute best! read more

The store had a wonderful vibe, I was a bit nervous to go in at first but I felt very welcomed. Staff was very helpful, I didn't get there names but they were polite and really nice. I stopped in today. After seeing the rave reviews on here and all the pictures I was really excited to stop in. There were a lot of nice bikinis and patterns. The man working there looked right at me as I walked in. No hello or anything. He was talking to another man about something and couldn't be bothered to even greet me and say hello. As I walked around the store he looks at me and says "here for a pickup?" "No" I say. He said NOTHING else. Didn't ask if I needed help. Didn't ask if I was looking for something particular. Nope. Nothing else. This made me feel like I wasn't important and to be honest hurt my feelings. I was totally bummed out by this. I drove over 40 minutes to get to this place and was really looking forward to having a custom bikini made. To the owner, if you want people to come in and spend over $100 on a bikini, you'd better think twice about how you are going to provide customer service. Next time maybe hire someone who will go above and beyond to be NICE and address your customers appropriately. By the way I came in with the hopes of having a CUSTOM BIKINI MADE FOR MY HONEYMOON! After reading the reviews in this place, I was extremely hopeful I'd find a bathing suit here. I found out about this place by googling swimsuit shops near me. I'd never heard of it before. The girl who was working didn't seem to be bothered with helping me too much. I told her I needed something with more support because I'm bigger chested. She gave me what she was holding to try on. No other assistance, it was like pulling teeth to get her to help me or for her to offer any other styles that may work. She finally offered a custom made bikini with extra support but had no samples or pictures to show and she just didn't seem that interested. Walked out pretty unimpressed. **update** The owner contacted me shortly after I left this review. He was genuinely concerned and offered for me to come back and give them another chance which I absolutely will. Updated to 4 stars from 3 because of the owner. Came here with a group of girls to look at bikinis for a bachelorette trip to Mexico. All of us couldn't wait to buy our new bikinis. Unfortunately when we came to the door it had a sign telling us to call or text and someone would come open the door but after several texts and calls, no one answered and no one showed up. At least if you decided to close early could you just post that on the door, instead of making customers wait. We'll be taking our bridal party elsewhere. Awful. read more

The bikini is starting to fall apart after one wear of two hours for a photoshoot, sitting mostly. I haven't even gone in the water! I have to give them 5 stars now! I went in there to try on a super cute bikini they posted on IG. Unfortunately it didn't suit me too well. But they were really helpful with other options and I ended up finding a super cute bikini on clearance. But I didn't like the bottoms, they fit a bit loose and I couldn't go smaller. They offered to alter them for me adding the elastic and making the scrunch butt on them. I paid less than $40 for the bikini top and bottom with alterations!! Highly recommend them for customizing, they have very unique styles. They keep their IG updated which I love! read more
