The shoes are fantastic! comfortable looking, the displays are updated each season. It has a high-end European vibe when you walk in; the scent is mesmerizing. Service was very accommodating. As soon as you walked in, they greeted you and asked if they could assist. Know in advance not to touch the merchandise - ask for their assistance. You know very well that's not the case. It wouldn't make sense to have a store that sells bags and shoes where customers aren't allowed to pick them up or try them on. You also know that nothing was damaged at any point. It's disappointing that, instead of simply saying something like "I'm sorry you felt that way," or offering any kind of apology, you chose to take a defensive attitude and continue being aggressive. In any case, don't worry -- I have no intention of ever returning to a place where customers are treated that way. Your table and display stand were never damaged, and honestly, given the unfriendly attitude you showed, I truly don't believe you would have hesitated to point it out and charge me if anything had actually happened. I'm not playing the victim -- I'm simply a dissatisfied customer sharing her experience, as this platform is intended for. I will say: your store is beautiful, and your products are truly lovely, but unfortunately, your attitude leaves a lot to be desired. Believe me, if you had maintained the same warm attitude you showed when we first arrived, none of this would have happened. It's truly unprofessional of you to resort to lies just to make others believe that I'm the one being dishonest. And finally, I won't be replying again, because this would just turn into a game of your word against mine -- and there's no point in that. Since I have no intention of ever returning to your store, I also have no reason to come back and read your responses. I sincerely wish you the best, and I hope this experience serves as a lesson on how to treat your customers -- even in the smallest of incidents.

Maybe because I am young at heart I found a couple of things here: a baby doll T-shirt ($18) that said "I love hot dads" and a sweater ($36) with cherries on them. Yeah none of this stuff is work-appropriate but I like to wear fun clothes! I signed up for their points club, you get a free sticker for doing this as well as getting a free tote bag on your birthday. They have stores throughout SoCal but this was the first location I've been to. Service was friendly and they helped me find the right sizes that I needed. Prices weren't too bad either. Would totally return!

I purchased one dress, blouse and slacks. A seamstress and tailor are on the premises and can alter and properly fit your clothing to perfection. They also carry jewelry, accessories and a good selection of shoes. If I had more time, I could have browsed and tried some on, but that gives me an excuse to come back. Another time I've tried to sell from them I tried to sell my unworn $150 dollar adidas and they tried to give about 20 bucks for them. I think it's weird how they didn't want to take my "worn out" clothes considering the fact whenever I go in there most of their jeans have stains on them Do not sell with DeeLux!
