Very similar experience as others on here. Workers here are rude and careless. I dropped off a Fedex package Thursay 4/1 for next day it is 4/8 and no scan on my package has taken place. I just called the drop off location and the person who answered (Brandon) the phone was completely rude. Told me he has no clue what I want him to do. I was then told it was my fault for not asking for a receipt. He laughed over the phone and said he has no clue what I even want from him. Said system was old and left me on hold for 30 mins... Definitely reported this drop off location to Fedex, he's very careless with packages and doesn't care at all about customers. read more

If you do an Amazon return you have to have it boxed or in a package ready to ship. Unfortunately you have to go to a UPS Store to use the barcode and have them package it for you. The staff here is very friendly and they have a UPS drop box outside so if you have a package you can leave it there. There is a size restriction though. They also sell packing supplies and other items. read more

Not a friendly owner and I was quoted a price and when I went to pay he added a charge for using his printer. When I questioned the cost he poi teddy's to a sign that was hard to read, he could have given me the price + the additional cost and that wouldn't of been a problem. It saddens me that friendly service is far in few ow adays. read more

I've lived in the area for almost 8 years and this is my first time to visit this business. I've never noticed the stores on this side of the shopping center, because I'm usually on a mission. I finally had the chance to drive by and study what was here and I saw this place and could see through the open doors they also carried supplies and some gifts. My mission... to check this postal place out. I was greeted by a friendly employee as I entered. The place could be a little confined especially with social distancing in place. They carried a selection of greeting cards, a particular line of greeting cards were designed by a local artist. They offer a little bit of things for maybe a last minute gift such as toys and even scented candles. They of course have postal needs and some fun supplies such as decorative earbuds (I purchased flower earbuds) phone gadgets, phone cords etc.. Oh, and they have readers too, if you happen to need them. A handful of people dropped in to drop off their mail. This center is adjacent to other businesses and a local market so the shopping center can be quite busy and parking in the front of the Postal Center is limited. I wish I could give zero stars, but I guess a 1 will have to do. The bald gentleman behind the counter today, needs some help on how to talk to customers. I came in, and asked if I was in the right store, showing my printed bar code. In a totally put off attitude, he stuck a paper in front of me and pointed to what I should have done, not what I did. He then said, in a condesending tone "we are not a UPS store, and you need to go there" Then he walked off. Putting it nicely..... he was an ass. I will be sure to never go back to this store, and I plan to share this experience with my friends and neighbors. read more

Horrible experience! The employee was busy with two other folks laughing and what have you and he did inquire what I needed which was to return a package and I showed him the label link in an email. He told me that wasn't a label and they can't print it. Now I've been there several times on the weekend and had no issues but this was Monday so different employee. When I left apparently they thought it was funny so they were laughing it up. I then went to the UPS annex nearer to downtown Fallbrook without issue. Not dealing with that jerk again. And I would like to add since the employee responded he didn't explain anything. And I am smart enough to know the employee I dealt with in my prior visit was NOT you. I shall never step foot in your store again since you now choose to lie about the whole thing. You are not the type of business that I will support. read more

I went in and I believe I was greeted by the owner. I handed him a FedEx package that was going back to apple in Elk Grove, CA (apple express replacement) though they don't scan the items into FedEx system right away he provided me with a receipt that he took my item in with the tracking number. I was a bit worried since apple puts a hold on your credit card for express replacements for the full amount until the phone is returned. However I did check the tracking number the next day and it started moving within the FedEx system. Finally after a few days I did get a thank you email from apple for returning the product. Overall the bonsal postal & imaging center is a legit/trust worthy business and staff is friendly. I will definitely be going back if I have any other postal or photo needs! Thank you!!! read more

Great local business! I've been there a few times to drop off mail, including UPS and USPS, and I've had zero problems! Nice people work there, they're efficient, and know what they're doing. Bonsall postal and imaging is a great local business. I don't live very far from their location. That's one of the major reasons I really enjoy coming here. It's super convenient. They offer all sorts of services here. One of the coolest Services they offer is notarizing. I come here to get everything notarized it's only $15. They also professionally laminate things which is super helpful as well. They're very large printer in the middle of the store which looks like it can print off some huge posters. You can mail stuff off here at no charge if you have the proper stamps, and overall the staff is super helpful and funny. I'd recommend you come check him out. Because our home is not secure from mail theft, we've been using the services here for over 3 years. That means stopping by almost daily and interacting with all the staff. Nothing but kind and helpful people here, ever. Not even an off day among them. There's always service with a smile and people to help with whatever you might need. Loses packages w no accountability. Weirdly asks you what you got in your packages. Exorbitant fees to ship anything. Drive a few blocks to the post office. No flat rate boxes. They close randomly early not scheduled or posted. Argumentative; never apologizes for anything. Politically intolerant. You can stand in line for up to 15 minutes just to get your daily mail. Nestled in a small village setting, right across my favorite Pizza place is Bonsall Photo & Postal Center. It is right on my way outa town, I stop drop of my mail that I have created. I've thought I have should be taking these commerce to the US Post Office but it is out of the way for me as I am usually headed to the high countree. Just the other day Dad asked about this particular piece of mail , I said I had mailed it because you signed it Right! He said no you were supposed to look in to it. I thought for a momento and called Sap at Bonsall Postal, in less than a minute he had the bastardly piece in his hands. So it is a good thing to get the second look sometimes.
