I discovered my daughter's passport was expired and we need it in 6 weeks.Since she's a minor and my husband's schedule, my schedule, my daughter's schedule, don't all sync with the post office schedule, so we had to get a DS-11 form. I called and she arrived on time, knew exactly what my documents were and what needed to be done. Since we parents aren't traveling with our daughter, she suggested that we create a document to deal with any problems that may arise upon her exiting the country. Minors aren't allowed to exit the USA without a letter from the missing parent(s) acknowledging their departure. I had trouble with this back in 2003, so I know what a hassle it can be. Five stars is not enough. Exceptional, timely, friendly, caring and professional. I called Hiba during a very stressful situation. I live out of state and my elderly mother was hospitalized during covid lockdown. The papers were time sensitive and coordinating with an overworked staff was daunting. Hiba was very flexible, working around my unavoidable changes in times as a result of testing/procedures. She communicated throughout and her assurance was comforting. Once she made it inside I could hear her with my mom. She was very caring and patient and even tracked down the social worker for additional papers. We received via FedEx this morning approval for a mortgage adjustment with documents and instructions to have docs signed and notarized. We immediately contacted Hiba and offered to go to her for her convenience. She already had some signings scheduled tonight, but she offered to squeeze us in between them. Went online to look for a mobile notary service in escondido and found Fennelly notary. I called to schedule an appointment for a sunday at 11am I was worried she might not take the appointment since it was a fourth of july weekend but she did! Hiba is great, met at a mcdonalds to have some forms notarized. She even waited for the other party to arrive (he was 30mins late) but once he got there she had everything ready, she is very organize and professional. Hiba is amazing!!! My godmother, Lali's, house burnt down in the wildfires on May 15 2014. She had lived there for over 30 years and is 72. I came down from Oakland to help her out and be there as a support. Lali has been managing the affairs of her close friend Alice for the past 10 years. Alice is a 94 year old who has a bit of dementia and is as sweet as can be. Lali wanted to go up to visit her son in Bend via Oakland the Tuesday after memorial day to get away from the poor air quality and have a break from all the hectic stuff going on. We were planning on driving up with Lali's dog and I needed to get back by Wednesday for work. Lali needed to take care of Alice's affairs before leaving such as paying her care givers and paying the rent at the care facility that she was staying at. Unfortunately the power of attorney papers along with Alice's ID and everything else had burnt in the fire. We needed a mobile notary! I looked up Hiba on yelp and gave her a call. She was so kind! After hearing about the fire, she offered to come over to Alice's care facility and notarize the papers for free. She said she wanted to do here part to help with the fire. Hiba met us at 10 am on memorial day! We didn't realize that we needed two witnesses since Alice didn't have ID because it was burnt in the fire. It took about three hours all together. We had to call a friend of Lali's who also knew Alice to swear that she was indeed Alice but the friend got lost on the way. While we waiting Hiba chatted with Alice. She was so caring and patient. She is definitely a professional. She made sure we were doing everything right. I highly recommend Hiba. She is a excellent notary and human being! read more

Mrs. Fennelly is as professional, knowledgeable and reliable as they come! She was flexible in accommodating the limited windows in our schedules when we could close. Her ability to quickly recognize and identify the various documents and disclosures proved she has seen many closing packages.
