When you pull up, the exterior appears to be slightly run down especially when compared to newer chain type centers. And the inside isn't much different. But don't let the look fool you!! These guys are honest, priced decent and have great customer service. The waiting area consists of a small table w 4 chairs some stools at the counter and a bench outside. They offer free wifi and have a TV in their small waiting area usually set on WRAL. There are some drinks and snacks that you can purchase as well as coffee. If you want free bells and whistles this may not be the place for you. If you want great, affordable service and care then stop in and check it out for yourself. Because it is family owned most of the same people have worked there since I've been coming here. Theresa, who works the front desk, is super friendly and always has a smile on her face. Ernie Lee and his crew always go above and beyond to make sure my car is taken care of. When I go for an oil change they will do things like fill my tires, put in a break light, headlight or windshield wiper for free (I provide the parts). He is always honest and I have tested this against others. Being a female that knows nothing about cars the integrity of my mechanic is of upmost importance!
