Turns out, the plumbing system had multiple leaks, almost every hose/electric attachment point was loose or broken off, and they had serviced the radiant heating system with the wrong kind of fluid, which totally ruined the system, causing corrosion and crystalization throughout the system. Instead of the $70/gallon Alde fluid required by the manufacturer for that year camper model, they had used $20/gallon fluid prohibited by manufacturer service bulletin. They tried to fix the plumbing leaks over and over again. The RV was in their shop for most of the first 6 months I owned it. They never found the source of the leak, and lied over and over again that it was fixed. The heating system: they said that it was all in my head and that it should be working fine because it was practically a new RV. However, I heard the service manager cussing "why can't I find just one f***ing competent RV tech?!" to himself one day when I dropped the RV off for the 5th or 6th time with the same plumbing leak. Just don't buy a used vehicle from them, and best to learn to do service and repairs on your RV yourself, as thousands of RV owners will attest. It is really hard to find a f***ing competent RV tech.

When we picked it up they said "it's in great shape and just needed the coolant line replaced." I drove it off the lot and noticed the air wasn't getting cool. 2 days later, the AC went out completely. We brought it to a different shop and they pulled out the cabin filter which was entirely black and clogged (pictures uploaded). In addition to that, the Freon line had been sprayed at Walton's and had a microscopic hole. The new auto shop said "there's no way they missed this." We called, to obviously voice concerns about the cabin filter not being checked when we asked for an entire overhaul... they said "we never brought it over to our services side"... I'm not sure why they wouldn't do that. I'm incredibly disappointed in the service we were given at this shop. We were told "it's unfortunate timing and a coincidence" it's ABSOLUTELY NOT. It's bad business. I will NEVER return and I will recommend that people do NOT go here ever again. I'm confused and frustrated... come to find out they don't even check transmissions or engines at this shop!! Which was never disclosed to us. Save yourself a world of pain and money and do NOT bring your car here!

Purchasing a new car isnt fun, but working with Thurmond was a smooth, and zero stress environment. My young adult daughter had her sights on one specific car after mnths of searching and she was ready to purchase that one, and ONLY that one and the car had not even got the lot yet. I wasn't giving her money for it. She had to afford it all by herself. I told her Id do the haggling for her and I was not looking forward to that feeling if worked a double in a rock quarry dealing with a car salesman. End result, we drove off the lot with THE car she wanted, papers signed and we felt great! She had just signed away thousands of dollars, years of payments in her name to this dealership and we felt we'd made a great decision to purchase from here. Capital Mazda may not know how big of a gold mine they have in this employee. I hope they invest in Thurmond because dealerships have bad reputations due to salesmen that are a dime a dozen. Thurmond had to put up with hours of my multiple questions for a solid 5 days and by the time we left the dealership we felt OUR time and money was well spent here and ready to buy my own car from them. I never had trouble reaching Thurmond. He was reliable, good energy, he was focused on us, I never felt pressured or rushed and he did a good job leading us to closure. I can see it when I look back now. The deal was fair, and really important--Thurmond actually likes his job so I have to compliment his management team. Great salespeople are a reflection of the culture and leadership they have and it was evident management respects and works in tandem with their people. Johnathon especially. There was a manager who seemed a bit scary/gruff at first, but was actually kind & professional so in the end the dealership was well rounded IMO. Ask for Thurmond. Being mixed with others, cause a lot of road rage and made it into bumper cars. We also saw a couple of people get hit pretty bad that they needed escorted off the course but the staff was very responsive and gave a lot of warning to the dangerous drivers.
