Even though she had previous anxiety with going to the dentist from bad experiences in the past, the doctor here and his staff were super kind. They explained everything as they went and made sure that she was comfortable and in no pain whatsoever they were nothing but sweet and informative, and I found that the prices were comparable to other places I had called around. They worked around our schedule availability to get her in and I would definitely recommend them.

They called me on the day that I missed my last appointment and I apologized and rescheduled for a couple of days later because I was already at work. A couple of days after the appointment I attended they sent me a bill with a $50 no-show fee added. When I called to dispute it they said, "well you signed the form acknowledging that it was your responsibility to remember the appointment." I said OK and paid the bill. I'll never go back to this dentist again. After years of loyalty, this is how they treat their customers? Wildly unacceptable. For the price of $50 they gave up thousands of dollars in future revenue. And I'll make it a point to tell everybody I know to never to go to this place. Enjoy your 50 bucks doc.
