Huge selection for all my RC needs, from 1:28 scale mini z to 1:10 Traxxas. Owner and his son walked me through the best and reasonable upgrades for my cars and ended up leaving very happy with new parts for my cars. Upon entering I asked a cashier where I should go for online orders, and she politely gave good directions to that area. The online pickup process works well. From the notification you get on your phone, you enter a code that's available in the store, which will guide you to the numbered location of your purchase, which is bagged and tagged with your name. Afterward, I received a text that verified that my package had been picked up, which is a good way to insure someone else didn't take the package.

The merchandise is stocked pretty well though some sections needed restocking and reorganizing. If you've never been to Big Lots, they have a wealth of goods they sell. I in particular enjoy their furniture section and the healthy snacks they have here. The cashier was friendly, and the location was huge. I don't recall being greeted though, nor we're there associates on the floor to ask you if you needed help, but the cashier was willing to help out when asked with no problem at all. I did not get a chance to visit every store while on a time limit but I am happy with what I spent within my budget for the quality of items I purchased. I enjoyed shopping at the Adidas store. They had a 60% off clearance sale and I was able to purchase 2 outfits for my daughter priced at $7.99 & 10.99 per piece. The selection was excellent and I saw some adorable IVY Park sneakers and boots by Beyoncé. Customer service was excellent. I also visited the Lane Bryant store to purchase undergarments. The customer service was impeccable and the store was well stocked compared to Raleigh. I was very happy with the sale items I purchased and will definitely return to visit the remainder of the stores. This outlet mall could use a modern renovation so that is the only negative.

I was approached by a sweet young man who handed me a bag and I said, No thanks won't need it. He asked what I was looking for and walked me over to the stand. I saw $2 a bottle... He smiled and handed me the bag. Smart kid. Now, the soaps on sale are Christmas fragrances and I loaded up with several bottle of three different fragrances. The cashier was very nice and got me back on their reward program. Guess I will have to start shopping again. The store was busy and it was clean. Staff was very helpful.
