I had a horrible experience, kind of lengthy, but I want to warn others before coming. Ronaldo's dog got out of his area and was barking at me within 1 ft. When I brought him the balloons that I wanted, he said I can get the two white balloons that they are still good. I told him that I was fine, I chose different colors. I didn't understand why he didn't just let it go, I just said that I didn't like them and I didn't want them. He rolled his eyes, then asked me if I wanted the balloons for tomorrow. I was so confused! I told him that I wanted the balloons for right now. Ronaldo looked frustrated and repeated the same question. I again did not understand why someone would ask me if I want the balloons for tomorrow. So I even said, "what do you mean? I want the balloons for now". Damn right I didn't understand why someone would ask me if I want the balloons for tomorrow when I said multiple times that I want the balloons for now. So, I stopped him before he continued, and said, "you know what, you can stop, your service has been bad this entire time" and I left to Safeway and got better service by a lady who has joyful! The thing is, I didn't have to stay after the dog incident! I was patient enough even after being scared and Ronaldo did not apologize for his dog's behavior. Yet, I still stayed to support local and small business, and I was in a little rush to get to my mother's celebration. Customer's should not have to endure stressful environments when shopping or be attacked by dogs! I would not recommend anyone to come here and go else where!

Lovely family-owned business, very easy to contact, and they truly went above and beyond to bring my vision to life. They started off by asking for a budget and color theme. I sent a few inspo pictures and let them do the rest! They even visited the venue beforehand to take measurements and walked me through their ideas. We ended up with a giant LED "30" sign and several balloon clusters and arches. My theme was "emo prom" and they even made tabletop pieces with "emo prom," "elder emo," and "it was never a phase" printed on! Problem solving was also amazing! There was an issue with the venue and the balloon placement we had originally planned for, but they were able to find other ways to use some of the balloon pieces at the last minute and still made my party look amazing! I would recommend them again and again.
