What a cute little diner in downtown Seminole. Find your favorite star on the walls. This cute spot takes you way back in time. Great breakfast and fluffy pancakes. Burgers looks great and take some peach fried pies to go. Counter service too so you can visit with your favorite waitress. Hop I'm in here. You and your family will love it.

Crispiest fried picks I've had in my life- must have.

Really excellent omelets! I recommend the Elvin omlette with bacon, sausage and cheese. My son really loves the giant cheeseburgers!

Food is typical. Some of the waitress(s) maybe need a refresher course in how to be a waitress though

Understaffed. Only two waitresses are worth anything. Service has seriously declined with new management.

Good food. Love the fried pickles! Good prices also. Frito Pie is good but they need to have sour cream for it.

And if you know what that is (without Googling it) you are freaking old. Mother Jug's Grill is easy to find. Located on the main drag through town, Highway 62. The food is excellent, the service is wonderful and could not be more friendly. I was delighted with the food and the warm welcoming feeling from the staff. It is a motorcycle themed grill (décor), a full café/diner menu, breakfast through lunch. My wife spotted their Indian Taco and I had a Cheeseburger. Today is 9/18/2024, National Cheeseburger Day. What else would I have ordered, duh! The Indian Taco was fantastic, covered with fresh ground beef and salad on a fresh hot Indian fry bread. My Cheeseburger a thick juicy hand formed patty grilled perfectly and dressed correctly with L,T,P,O & M, hold the mayo and ketchup. Delicious with the side of onion petals (like pieces of a blooming onion if you have ever eaten at an Outback restaurant). Friendly café in a clean historic Oklahoma town. A destination drive, for food and the beautiful informative Seminole Nation Museum, which is packed with art and history. Gas up the car or bike, and see what Wewoka Oklahoma has to offer.

We had their Chicken Fried Chicken meal that came with yummy mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, a roll and garden salad. It was delicious! A very nice treat to find out here. We also had their jalapeño poppers and they were great too. This cafe was nowhere to be found on the internet so I decided to add a listing so others could find out about it. We found out about it by word of mouth. Well, it's time for others who are in the area or passing through to find out about this little place. We highly recommend it. The prices are reasonable and the cooking is great! We didn't have enough room to try one of their home baked pies but next time we will certainly save room. Btw, they have a Friday night Fish Fry (starting at 11am) and a Saturday night Shrimp Boil (again starting at 11am). Both sound delicious so if you are in the mood be sure to check those two evenings out as well.

We waited around 20 minutes without being acknowledged or given the opportunity to order. The service I received felt dismissive and inattentive, which left me disappointed and uncomfortable. I hope the management takes customer service concerns seriously and ensures all guests are treated fairly and respectfully. I would advise others to consider this experience when deciding whether to dine here.

The mushroom gravy had good flavor and texture. The chicken salad had a good variety of greens, not just one type of lettuce. A good portion of shredded chicken on top. This was a very large salad. There was enough for two people to share. Portion could have been better. Service was great. Attentive without being pushy. A fun place to eat. The Chili Cheese Dog with fresh, raw onions (as foretold by the cheesy appetizer) was dense and flavorful, maybe the best no-frills chili dog in Oklahoma. My picky 13yo ate his first First Fried Apple pie with a slice of vanilla. His eyes got really big, and the plate was clean in an instant. The big treat, though, is the full-quarter slice of Poor Man"s "Pecan" Pie made with oats, not pecans. Served hot with a perfect slice of vanilla ice cream (yes, it's a tray-cut square) with a perfect crust -- This may be my favorite dessert ever, in the whole wide world. Of course the whole wide world needs more innovative classic food stops like this on Route 66. Also, ask to see their fire-surviving copy of Eternal Route 66 by Chuck Williams, an ironic souvenir from a prior iteration of The *eternal* Rock Cafe. If you're a fan of Sally the blue Porsche from the Disney Pixar movie Cars, ask to meet the owner, Dawn. She *might* tell you her story that inspired the sweetheart sports car, and John Lasseter, Pixar's chief creative officer is happy to confirm when visiting with memorabilia gifts that decorate the cafe.
