    Chicken and Waffles

On a whim, we decided to stop in after coming from next-door. We decided to have a cocktail and order from the brunch menu, and 'oh man!'. I ordered the Brunch Punch and my mother ordered a Blood Mary and both were OUTSTANDING. The brunch punch was an elevated mimosa that was very refreshing and the Bloody Mary was loaded with toppings. For brunch, we ordered the Frittata and the Chicken and Waffles. The Frittata was cheesy and so light and airy and it came topped with balsamic glaze, 10/10. The Chicken and Waffles was some of the best I have had in OK. Along with the great food, the music and ambience was fantastic for a cute brunch spot. I cannot recommend this place enough. We will be making the drive to come back again. Highly Recommend!

A great hidden gem in downtown Shawnee! We always grab their seasonal special drink and are never disappointed. Their starter of crispy cauliflower is very flavorful but ask for it a little more crispy/charred and you'll enjoy it even more. Their pasta is very filling and flavorful but I've always been a sucker for their burger. Get it with an extra side of their special ketchup and you'll be in for a treat. The space is pretty intimate and comfortable. I love the patio if the weather permits. And always ask about the specials- their staff is always ready to give their tips and things to try for the table.

Our meal was delicious! We especially enjoyed the main st brussel sprouts and my entree, the filet, was cooked to a perfect medium rare. My daughter enjoyed the lasagna and truffle fries. We always have a great experience at Theopolis! I love that they bring local artists for live music too!

Cute environment. Food was definitely overpriced & disappointing. We went for lunch & while researching online, it looked like they had a lunch menu. Upon arriving, they did not. The plates are heavy food & $15-40. Ended up choosing to split the charcuterie & dip trio. The "chef's choice" of dips ended up being olive tempanade, a french onion dip & red pepper hummus. None of the dips were anything to write home about. The waitress returned right after we ordered & said the charcuterie wasn't "ready yet", ‍ and wanted to know if there was anything else we'd like. (A little confusing since they advertise the charcuterie as cheeses, meats & pickled veggies.) We chose to go with the Brussels sprouts & were glad we did. They were the best bite of the meal. There were flies flying about & crickets chirping in the room. Just took away from the cute ambience they're trying to create. Don't think we'll be back, but we were glad to try it & now we know.

If you haven't visited Theopolis Social Club, you absolutely must go. The food is made from scratch and absolutely delicious. Their craft drinks are fantastic, and they have an incredible selection of wines. The service is friendly and attentive, and I can't say enough good things about this restaurant and event venue. I absolutely love the decor as well.

The food is good, and the service is good but I always have sticker shock when it's time to pay.

The kids meals had two ginormous tenders and a plate full of fries! And they were so hot you could barely pick them up to eat them! They had plenty to eat let me tell you! And I had way too much! I will say the grilled squash and zucchini was phenomenal! Normally, when something says it's grilled, I don't believe they have a grill back there in the kitchen, but this tasted so good and smoky, if they didn't cook it on a grillgrill then I don't know how they did it! Some kind of cookery magic! if you haven't done it yet, you need to give this place a try! Maybe next time I'll try the club sandwich and onion rings because I saw someone else ordered that and it looked phenomenal! And enough for two people at least!

Our server, Mika, was incredibly apologetic about it taking so long and jumped right into taking our order and bringing us drinks. Food was okay, not as good as expected at this price point, but the portions make up for this. The chairs! This is altogether something else. Hard, metal chairs with not padding. Not exactly comfortable. If you're lucky enough to get a booth, everyone will be more comfortable and willing to stay. Place is not bad, just don't set your expectations too high.

Nothing forced about it, just a good vibe. I got a vermút and the goat cheese sandwich with fig jam. The sandwich is on the smaller side, but it hit the spot as a snack. The bread was noticeably fresh, which made a difference. My drink came out fast; the food took a little longer, but the kitchen looked tiny so that made sense. What caught my eye on the menu was the conservas section. You don't really see that around OKC, at least not at places like this. I didn't try any this time since I was already eating, but I want to go back for that specifically.

The limoncello spritz is one of my favorite cocktails anywhere, and the prosciutto appetizer is a must-order. I've gone back specifically craving both. Everything I've had has been delicious, but those two items keep me coming back. I also love the decor and overall vibe. It's stylish and inviting without feeling stuffy, and it's a great place to relax with friends or enjoy a date night. Even though they don't have outdoor seating, it somehow still feels like the perfect summer spot thanks to the bright, coastal Italian atmosphere and refreshing drinks. If you're looking for great food, excellent cocktails, and a place that isn't overly crowded, Malfi Enoteca is definitely worth checking out. I'll definitely be back again.

What they've done to the interior with the color scheme and murals offers a cool environment with an energentic vibe. I love the old Vespa that is being used as a hostess table. The menu is presented on news print with multiple pages. I think that style of menu is intended to be different and fun, but I found it difficult and awkward. We skipped ordering appetizers. We ordered cesar salads and pasta dishes. The ceasar salads were just OK. They were very dry. I asked Jan if there was ceasar dressing on the salads and she thought there was a little, but it was very little. Also, there were no croutons in the salad. The first ceasar I've ever had without croutons. There was a heavy amount of finely shreaded parmsean on the salad, in fact, it was so heavy it nearly covered all of the lettuce. I ordered the Bucatini with basil cream, pesto and whipped burrata ($19). It was excellent. Very tasteful, very delightful. Jan ordered Rigatoni Ala Vodka ($17). She thought it was good. We ordered an affagato for an after dinner drink. Their version does not come with liqueur. It is common to an a shot of walnut or hazelnut liqueur to the drink. You won't be dissapointed. Our server was outstanding. The noise was a little high, but did not interfere with table conversation. For the most part the prices are moderate.
