I was initially on a 4 pack, but enjoyed my workout so much I decided to get an unlimited membership. I've taken Slow Flow, Mobility, Restore, and Sculpt & Flow and all of them are amazing for the body. Since I've written about my experience on Google Maps already, I'll write about my new one today when I took a Sculpt & Flow class with Mary recently and she was so nice! She saw me and recognized that I haven't taken a class with her yet, and she spent a lot of time before class to talk to me about what to expect and also encouraged me a lot, since I was really nervous. She even checked in on me after class too! Her attention to her students and knowing them by name makes it feel so much like a community. Also shoutout to the front desk who I approached and asked about Sculpt & Flow before the class too. Before class while waiting for the studio to be cleaned she also spoke with me about what weight to choose, and even went to the back with me and helped me find what I need. I haven't done yoga in years much less in a class format, but the community and everyone makes it so much easier to get into it :)

There were clear instructions and she even gave accommodations when needed because I was new to the class. The room was hot enough to feel loose and warm without being overwhelming and actually added to the class in a very positive way. I will absolutely be back and would highly recommend the studio to anyone who is looking to get into hot yoga!

During Covid, I tried it on ZOOM once and it was not my thing, even though I have props at home; I need the real group experience and the presence of a teacher. It's very comfortably designed, very relaxing private place to practice. The instructors are extremely attentive to personal injuries and making you feel comfortable in class, which is the main strength of the people who teach here. They focus on Iyengar yoga which involves a ton of props and wall work. The beginner classes are perfect for people who have never stepped upon a yoga mat and a lot of personal instruction is given. The advanced classes go as for as headstands and more complex bends. Ultimately, I was looking for a younger more modern vibe so I'm still looking for a place to call my home yoga studio. I did enjoy my classes here though and would come back every now and then. Just one thing: I wish they put a stronger emphasis on flexibility but that's just my personal needs.

Going to her classes is my favorite way to start my weekends. I missed several months due to a hamstring injury and when I came back, not only Lana but several classmates who are regulars greeted me very warmly. It made me feel that us regulars have formed a community and it is more than just exercise to come to Lana's classes. She is a delightful and humble person who imbues her classes with the most positive and relatable vibe. I live within a walking distance from the studio and walking to and from Lana's classes adds a sense of pleasurable rhythm to the whole experience. No need to worry about parking! I am really happy to have such a wonderful studio so close to where I live.

My experience was simply incredible.. I attended for a Sound Bath, and it was one of the most calming, healing, and rewarding experiences I have ever had. Weiwei, the owner has the most beautiful energy; a truly special human. The evening started with a sage cleansing before stepping into the main room, where I silently gasped inside myself at the thoughtful setup of candles and soothing aromas. I walked to my designated space of mat, pillow, and blanket; and the class began... Weiwei began the class with an introduction of what was to come, which I appreciated. Then came the most magically led seated meditation which was truly magical. Then it transcended into us laying on our mats and she enveloped the room into a heavenly and tranquil sequence of musical bowls, chimes, gongs, and vibrations. I honestly did not want it to end. Like the moments you are receiving a massage, and hope the hour has not ticked by... I haven't felt this level of ease in quite some time. For those who find it challenging to turn off their brains, and step out of the day to day to-do lists, step into this sacred space. You will find your peace in a short period of time. I feel more alive and my body is responding much faster to issues of balance. After class I was leading a horse and the horse and I stumbled and fell after hitting a boggy area.
