As it stands, we were on the way back from Navarre and my tenant notified me that she had no hot water. Given time and distance, rather than checking the property myself, I chose to have someone else do it. Given the insanity with Hurricane Helene, I was very surprised how quickly White's Plumbing was able to check out the property. The day after I called them they went and fixed the issue, which honestly was extremely minor and makes me wish I had gone myself, but hey, sometimes you have a bazillion things to do and it's better to pay someone else to do it. No checking pipes, no going under the house, common sense would tell you if you're a professional that if you have multiple areas then it's a bigger issue. But they have lazy service people so none of that was done and when I had the same issue weeks later I found out the service lied on the ticket didn't mention anything about cleaning faucet and just said he turned the water on and it worked. I turned it off to s fix it. The manager was just as shadowy saying "Well you said for it". DONT DO BUSY WITH THEM. You will pay $130 for nothing and they will imply you're stupid in addition.
