Just...wow! I'm really glad I found Dan and Boone's Mobile Detailing. I started researching when I realized my RV was getting faded and oxidized due to being stored in the sun. Initial communication with Dan was effortless and it was immediately evident that he takes customer service seriously. He actually came to inspect my rig and give me an estimate while my RV was being smogged at a shop in Santee. We set up the date for a couple of weeks out. He even hit me up with an earlier date due to his schedule opening up but that date didn't work for me, so we kept the original one. On the day of the job, he was on time and got right to it. He had a helper with him and their attention to detail was impressive! My RV is smaller (25' class C) but Dan and Cody covered every inch, from the roof to the slide to the awning. The oxidization was pretty bad, but they got her shining like a new penny! I knew the job was going to be pricey (and it was) but I think given what a good car detail costs, it was well worth it. I used Dan about 10+ years ago and then again this week. Our motorhome was looking pretty dingy and I wasn't sure it would ever come back to looking good. Dan and his guys went through every inch of our Class A motorhome washing, buffing and waxing the exterior. I needed my 5th wheel detailed due to my neighbor's house painter getting a lot of overspray on my RV. I reached out to Boone's for a quote. Dan responded and was very easy to work with for getting a quote. When Dan and his guys arrived to do the work they were amazingly detailed and careful. They had an extra guy on the roof of the RV just to make sure that the hose didn't rub along the edge of the roof, or the side of the RV. They even covered my neighbor's shrubs so that they didn't scratch my slide out... I didn't even think about that! Our RV is only 2.5 years old, but it never looked as good as it did when they finished. I had no idea that the graphics decals had faded already. It looks great, is buttery smooth, and didn't cost a mortgage payment! The crew was very friendly, respectful, and polite. I can't recommend them enough. read more

Love this place! Dan does great work and on top of that he has great customer service. I wanted to get my trailer detailed before my long road trip. I reached out to him with a short time frame (totally my fault). I didn't think he would be able to fit me in but he made it work. He even went to my trailer at a site in town! I had researched RV detailing and had trouble finding someone who specialized in Rv's primarily. I found Boones here on yelp and was pleased to see all of the customer pics were of Rv's. I called an spoke with Dan, and he was able to answer a few questions and set up an appointment with in a week before I had a trip coming up. He was very up front about some of the issues I had with previously removing the vinyl decals. I had removed the decals but there was still a heavy, sticky residue that I didn't have time to tackle. Dan and his crew showed up and came up with a plan to tackle the unexpected issue I threw at them with no questions asked. He had two helpers and they were both professional and courteous. They spent nearly 8 hard hours working on my project. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Awesome job! Dan and Cody spent from 0845 until 1600 working on my weather beaten travel trailer. I do not write reviews frequently, one because I tend not to be impressed, not bad not good just what you pay for, two because I am short on time. Dan deserves a review though, service is awesome, in all aspects, but more important he seems to be willing to help not just to cash the service. I cannot weight in the price as Boone's is the first RV detailing service I use, but looks to me appropriate. Quality of work is excellent, dedication is excellent, human interaction is excellent, interest for the work done is excellent, and at any point I felt they were rushing to finish fast and get the money. Dan took time to explain me how to keep the paint healthy, what not to do and why not to do it. Just had my 11 year old 30' travel trailer washed, polished (including oxidation removal) and sealed by Dan Z. He is Extremely detail oriented and is a driven perfectionist. He also cleaned and sealed the roof. My rig looks as good as it did the day I bought it new in 2007. Even the edging is white again. Dan brought Cody along to help. The two of them worked nonstop for over 6 hours. His prices are better than most and better yet, he knows what he's doing. He could charge much more, but he doesn't.
