I had stucco stuck to my car from a nearby construction site, and no regular car wash or DIY solvent was cutting it. I tried everything I could find and scrubbed like crazy, nothing worked. Enter Dr. Detail, and wow, what a difference. Booking was super easy, and they showed up exactly on time, literally 7:30 AM on the dot, just like they said. I even got updates so I knew exactly when to expect them. Even though I originally just needed the stucco removed, they went above and beyond and gave my whole car the full treatment, inside, outside, even under the hood. My engine was so clean you could eat off of it (not that I recommend it, but you could). My car's parked outside 24/7 and has some wear from sun and weather, but somehow Dr. Detail still managed to make it shine like new. I was seriously impressed. He was also super friendly, figured out a smart way to park on the street since we don't have a driveway, and was really considerate with the neighbors, he even made sure not to block trash cans. My first job was done by Andres and the car was put in such great condition that I was able to sell it for significantly more than I had originally purchased it, even a year after the detail since the work had held up. I'm surprised Curtis didn't just turn around and leave when he saw the almost twelve years of gross that had occurred inside my car from being the kid-mobile and dog transport. The agreement was that the technician would detail the interior and wash the exterior Jimmy was the technician that failed to deliver. 7AM our vehicle was ready to be "platinum detailed" Jimmy was 30 mins late, after rushing back to process the payment and coerced to pay cash and inspect the vehicle my boyfriend found a filthy dashboard, filthy rims and tires sprayed down with armor all spray, the leather is ruined and coated with some sort of grease we have to have to looked at by the a specialist, the truck bed was filthy the panoramic sun roof was filthy, the console was covered in grease the job, after three hours the mirrors, glass and vehicle were left completely filthy but the technicians excuses was "I did my best" but the "best" wasn't completing the job, the job was less than half done. The next move is process a claim with small claims and after an inspection of the vehicles access the damage. Do no entrust your new vehicle to this company. read more

Brian, the gentleman who worked on our car, did a full interior and exterior detailing our vehicle. He finished very promptly (app 3 hrs.) and did an excellent job! The seats had plenty of stains and water marks from our children and all of them are now gone. The whole service was just done really well. The people who clean the cars are very nice, especially the manager. From my experience, it seems that the OWNER'S only objective is to be financially rewarded and doesn't seem interested in pleasing the customer. I going to be honest and say that I don't know what all car detailing business' are doing but I use to have Waldo Car Detail clean my cars all the time. They charged me $40 and in my opinion did a deeper cleaning then Dr. Detail, which was $45. After the company was done cleaning my car I went to inspect it and there were still dirt, mosquitos, and bird poop left on the car and when I asked about that, I was told that the paint coat, my car is from 2015, was too old? If you're picky, or have any OCD about your car like I do, and are looking for someone who knows what they're doing, look no further!! My girlfriend has a 2009 Nissan Sentra and needed it detailed, bad! Dr. Detail came to the rescue and made my girlfriends car look brand new! Her paint was badly oxidized and did not have the shine like it used to. I think it's safe to say that her vehicle had not been waxed for most of the 8 years that she had it. I had only scheduled a full detail, but when Curtis saw the vehicle he recommend a polish since a wax wasn't really going to help. Not only did he polish her car, he pretty much did a paint restoration and actually brought the shine back. I did not recognize the vehicle. Needless to say, my girlfriend loves her car and is very happy with the results since she missed the shine. What impressed me the most is when it took longer than expected, due to how bad the paint was, Curtis took his time and made sure I would be happy with the results and at no extra charge.
