When I purchased a new car, I immediately came back for a full front PPF and ceramic coating package. I was quoted a 2-day turnaround and promised regular updates, but communication quickly became inconsistent. After multiple delays, excuses, and missed deadlines, responsibility for my vehicle was passed between employees without clear communication. I was eventually offered a complimentary full-body PPF for the inconvenience, but despite agreeing on several deadlines, the work was never completed. One employee completely stopped responding to my calls and texts, and I later found out he was no longer with the company without my knowledge. At this point, my vehicle still does not have the promised PPF installed, the interior ceramic coating was never done, and the exterior ceramic coating wasn't even completed properly. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism throughout this process has completely destroyed my trust in the company. I'm honestly at a loss for words. UPDATE: Danny eventually got back in contact with me and finally completed the PPF work on my vehicle. Unfortunately, the quality of the install was terrible. I brought the car to multiple reputable PPF shops for inspection and received the same feedback from every single one. Several shops told me it was one of the worst PPF installations they had seen. They also pointed out that my clear coat is now lifting, and warned me that removing the PPF from my bumper will very likely peel the paint completely off, meaning I may now need to have my bumper repainted. After everything I went through with the delays, broken promises, lack of communication, and being completely ghosted, I'm now potentially dealing with paint damage caused by the improper installation itself. I have completely lost trust in this company and am extremely disappointed with how this entire situation was handled. I asked for a refund and he is purposely ignoring my messages, I don't think he realizes that I can see when he reads my messages. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS COMPANY PLEASE!!!

Unfortunately, the product they are using is not professional grade. Within a relatively short period, I noticed significant issues -- hard water stains, swirl marks, and loss of the slick, protective finish. I followed proper wash techniques, so these problems weren't from neglect. When I returned to share my concerns, they offered a goodwill reapplication at no charge, which I appreciated. After learning the product being used I opted to get a paint decontamination and stripping of the old product to prep the vehicle for professional grade ceramic elsewhere. They agreed to decontaminate the vehicle to remove swirls and water marks throughout the vehicle, wash, and wax it. Upon pickup, the vehicle was spotless but the swirl and water marks remain. While I respect that they stood by their work and offered a redo, my recommendation to others would be to confirm exactly which ceramic coating is being applied and research its performance before committing. This shop is great for detailing but not ceramic coat or paint decontamination.

Where things started to slip was on the pickup side. I was told the car was ready, but still ended up waiting about 30-40 minutes before actually getting it. At checkout, I was also surprised to see a tip screen with suggested amounts that felt pretty high given the service. I ended up leaving a small tip, but the experience itself didn't really match that level of expectation. I also would have appreciated a quick walkthrough of the work that was done--especially at that price point--but it was more of a quick handoff of the keys. I came back for the 10-day follow-up and made a point to ask about timing ahead of time. I was told it would take about an hour. I arrived early, but after an hour the car hadn't been touched yet, and there wasn't any update unless I asked. That part was frustrating. So, they ended up rushing my 10-day follow-up inspection. Gave the car a quick rinse and handed me the keys. What was the point of driving down from Carlsbad??? Over 3 hours wasted. For comparison, I had a great experience at their Kearny Mesa location previously, so I know what they're capable of. This location is stretched thin, which seemed to impact communication and overall service. I was not the only customer in the lobby feeling this way. Given the type of clientele they're working with and the pricing, I was expecting a bit more consistency and attention to detail. Their follow-up consisted of more sales pitches of coupons for services I already had done. Would have been nice to have the discounts PRIOR to the work! I planned on using the wash program and mentioned to Jasmine my poor service experience. Think there was follow-up? Nada. So, thumbs "kind of" up for Ceramic Pro but thumbs down for this location. Overall, I think the company itself does good work, and have used the Kearny Mesa location in the past several times with excellent success!! I would not choose this location again.

Even though the online booking time was convenient, the manager, Alex, clearly does not care about your business. There is a "comments" box in the online booking process that was completely ignored with my question. The detailer was late to my appointment. Time means money and they don't care about wasting your time. The work vehicle was trashed when it showed up. Dents all over the place, door molding hanging outside the door. Invest some money and take all those dents out. It gives a bad look like they don't care. Before the work was started I was verbally told it would be an extra $45 for all of the work with some stubborn stains. Okay I understood, the car's interior was quite dirty. After working four hours on the car, the stains are still there. None of the ones on the seats and the carpet floor were removed. He tried was his answer and then asked me how long have I had the car. How is that relevant for the work performed? It is none of their business. Training is an issue obviously. On their website they claim "superior customer experience." Not so much. "Real time updates" during the four hours did not happen once. "Follow up care with maintenance recommendations" was non existent. The recommendations given was to keep the windows down because it still was wet inside. They couldn't dry the vehicle first? Yeah keep the windows down so all the dust flies in - so smart of them. At the end of the appointment I requested an invoice for their work. No was their answer but if you pay by credit card and pay the 4%+ surcharge, we can do it for you. What? That makes no sense. Their other payment options are cash, Venmo or Zelle. For a company that is detailer certified I am disappointed. Yes they are certified - certified waste of time. Take your business elsewhere.

My bf arranged a full detail for my car. Awesome Mobile came to my office and did the entire detail while I worked. They shampooed my cloth covered seats and scrubbed the weather-proof mats. They got every nook and cranny including the embedded dog fluff in the carpeted panels and in the corners of the windshield and rear windows. They buffed out small scratches all over my car and clayed the exterior as well. My mouth legitimately fell open when I saw my car...it looked brand new when they were done! I cannot wait to be able to afford their service again because my car could use a great service. They are pricey but it is so worth the money!

He has no regard for others in the freeway and will cause an accident soon hurting someone or himself. If his ethics and ways of being are being revealed on how he drives and how he treats others in the freeway, makes me wonder if he is as good with his work ethics. Please leave early to wherever you are going and have regard for others in the freeway.

After a brief consultation at the shop, I went with their 3M Ceramic IR film - 15% for all sides, rear windows & sunroof and 35% front windshield. At first, I wanted to black out my front windshield. However, I occasionally have to place a handicap placard on my rear view mirror when transporting certain family members. Danny strongly recommended that I go with a light enough film to be still able to see the placard when displayed, obviously for legal reasons. Thanks Danny for the recommendation! Danny initially mentioned that it would take about 4 hrs but they got me out very quickly in just a couple. Lastly, at the completion, he made sure to let me know about little details like to not open my windows for the next 2 days to let the film settle and also that I may notice some streaking/air bubble-like appearances on the films which will ultimately disappear. (Putting my trust in Danny since these were quite noticeable as I left the shop. ) Great pricing with Lifetime warranty, too! Overall, I had a great experience from beginning to end. To start with, I never had a full auto detailing done to any of my autos. Always did the task myself. Heard what a fine job Curtis, the owner of Dr. Detail, did with detailing vehicles. So I made an appointment with Curtis. First good impression was that he was on time. After a brief greeting, he told me he would be done in about 2+ hours. Actually it was more like 2 1/2 hours but well worth the wait. My sun roof never looked so good...wonder how they cleaned all the groves that make up the tracks. From the top of the body all the way down to the running board, 2003 Toyota Highlander, the shine was almost blinding. The cheapie car washes just don't get it done like Curtis did. He detailed my headlights so that my lights were definitely brighter. Cleaned the wheels like I've never seen before. Put some kind of magic goop on the tires that made them look brand-new and about 2 months later, they still look great. Inside a miracle took place. Cleaned the leather seats which were never done before by me. The dashboard complex was spotless. Washed the carpeting; even got out the stains. Last but not least, he paid particular attention to the SUV's massive trunk area. Cleaned the carpet so it looked show room ready. Curtis even found some small stains that I didn't see and took care of them. I must get back up to the dash-board area...the dash pad section right up against the inside windshield. It cleaned up so well that the sun bounces off of this area like it was a mirror. It still looks terrific. So I guess I would give Curtis 5 stars because he earned them. Thanks Curtis. If You are Military, use these guys!!!! I had to ship a vehicle through the VPC. Between my wife and I, we attempted to contact approximately 10 different auto detailing businesses in San Diego multiple times a piece..... all of the top rated ones. Curtis, at Dr. Detail, was the only one that answered his phone. I was even diligent and left messages with every business I called. Not only can they answer a phone, but they also do prompt and excellent work. I called them at around 4:30 pm to schedule for the next morning and they hooked me up with a 7:00 am appointment. They spent time on my engine bay, interior and exterior to the point that the VPC continuously joked with me about how my Jeep was too clean and that I needed to get it dirty. There was not another vehicle in the VPC lot that looked anywhere as good as mine. It took about 20 minutes total for them to inspect my vehicle and accept it for shipping! I have Curtis come to my place of business on a regular basis. Curtis is always on time and he is very knowledgeable about the products he uses. What can you do for a 2002 30' motorhome exterior to bring the shine back? Have it polished and waxed! And does it ever look so much better! Travis showed up on time, washed the first layer of dirt off and after seeing the deteriorating condition of the actual skin, discussed the need to do a polish job before even waxing the home. The oxidation was so bad a wax job wouldn't do much good. We appreciated his upfront approach discussing our specific unit. We are very pleased with the Dr. Detail and Travis' service. So I am a dog mom with a 125 lb fluffy butt, 10-year-old, American Akita and a 60 lb, 8-year-old Black Lab mix and they believe in leaving their mark on every inch of my car. My bf arranged a full detail for my car. Awesome Mobile came to my office and did the entire detail while I worked. They shampooed my cloth covered seats and scrubbed the weather-proof mats. They got every nook and cranny including the embedded dog fluff in the carpeted panels and in the corners of the windshield and rear windows. They buffed out small scratches all over my car and clayed the exterior as well. My mouth legitimately fell open when I saw my car...it looked brand new when they were done! I cannot wait to be able to afford their service again because my car could use a great service. They are pricey but it is so worth the money!

He cut me and other vehicles off getting the 805 with his little while car. He realized several of us were taking photos of him since he has his business information on his vehicle and phone number. He has no regard for others in the freeway and will cause an accident soon hurting someone or himself. If his ethics and ways of being are being revealed on how he drives and how he treats others in the freeway, makes me wonder if he is as good with his work ethics. Please leave early to wherever you are going and have regard for others in the freeway.

Big shout out to others in Yelp community for their honest and totally on point 5-starz for this great company. Luis began text consults with me only a few hours after I solicited bids from him and 4 other detailers. I felt bad hassling him after normal working hours too. But man he gave me a mobile service to our home within 48 hours to search for a dead rodent odor in our car. Previously the Firestone garage searched behind the glove box and couldn't find anything...and recommended going to a body shop for dashboard removal!!!! Luis was amazing!! Began pulling panels and when he was beginning steam carpet cleaning pulled up a section on passenger side and BINGO there it was. About a week dead but can imagine how it'd be smelling as hot summer progressed ??? And the rest of his interior deep cleaning Left our 14 year old ride as clean as driving it off lot. Some people just try harder…read more When I was a young marketing student I was amazed by the story my professor told me. It revolved around the person who came into a lot of money and decided to go buy a Rolls-Royce. He walked into the dealership right from the beach in Beverly Hills and his shorts and flip-flops. The sales person while perfectly polite was sneering at him, probably thinking "this guy's just asking questions he's never going to buy a car." Our hero, then asked for the manager, and then asked the manager for the youngest and hungriest sales person. The manager said I have a young kid who hasn't sold any cars yet, but one day will be my best sales person. When the kid came over, and did everything in his power to end, deer himself to the potential buyer, our hero, not only bought a car, but spent much more, making sure the other salesperson saw the transaction. Why am I telling you this? Because this was my experience at razzle-dazzle detailing. Someone who simply tries hard harder. The market for detailing is saturated with detailers offering similar services at similar prices. What makes a difference then? Customer Service. It's all comes down to attention to details and Customer Service . Razzle-dazzle detailing offers both of those. not only did they do a great job detailing one car, but when we saw how good they are at customer service, attention to detail, and taking care of the clients, we had them detail a second car for us. Highly recommended for any type of ride you have.

I have a…read more2014 Nissan Sentra I owned for 10 years and I let the inside front interior accumulate dirt and grime. I know...gross. It was getting embarrassing. Anyway, we met and I showed him what he was dealing with. But, he remained very professional and didn't try to charge me more. You see, I never sent him photos. The service I requested was to focus on the front seats and interior. He got to work right away. Take a look at the before and after photos. The white stains are from a spilled milkshake. I know it didn't come out perfect, but way better than what it was! Now I can enjoy my car again.
