Tyler was very accommodating and his fellas made my boat look like new again. The boat had horrible water spots and some scaling under the swim step. It was pretty filthy. Carpet and upholstery were very dirty from long week of travel and being vacationing on the water for days. All beautiful now! It's showroom shiny! Had a really bad scratch that bummed me out . Waste of money- we have now been back 4 times. We are currently waiting outside the shop for someone who was supposed to meet us at 9. It's 9:10. We called the owner who was completely rude over the phone and said "someone will be there just wait" and hung up on us. Not sure if he remembers he's in customer service. Tint job is crap. Not professional, terrible service. He tinted my car and missed TWO front windows. It took three months for him to even show up after several appointments HE missed. He didn't even call, email text or whatever. When he finally got there to finish the job we paid for months ago, I discovered he cut into the molding around the small windows he just tinted. Tyler is the man! He turned my 2016 Taco into a better looking truck. Blacked out my grill and emblems, powder coated my stock wheels, and put vinyl on the roof. These minor changes made a huge difference in the appearance of my truck. Extremely happy on how it turned out. And it only took him a few days to do all of it. Super fast and reliable service! Gave Tyler thousands of dollars of work on my racecar and another vehicle I own. Always paid in full immediately and with no disputes after he finished each job. A while ago, I had need for some additional work--called multiple times, many with no answer or when I reached Tyler he said he would look over his schedule and get back to me. The latter conversations occurred at least twice and he never called back. Also referred a friend who left multiple messages without getting a reply. I get the impression he's too busy to work small jobs for repeat customers, take on new customers or he's short on help...there are plenty of other options for this service and I'll take my hard earned money elsewhere in the future. Even a call back saying I should find another resource would have been better than just completely ignoring my requests to give him additional business. read more

Although not without flaw, Tyler has always remidied the situation and made myself and my customers extremely happy. His field of work requires a great deal of talent and patience, and sometimes perfection isn't acheived, if you want your work perfect, tell him, get out your wallet and pay him the extra for it....he can do it. I find that people on yelp that give bad reviews, are the ones that haggle for a very low price, and say hey are not picky, are generally the ones giving bad reviews. Tyler is amazing! I recently bought a 2014 Lexus ES 350 which comes with NO factory tint. Tyler did an amazing job and my vehicle looks top of the line. He also just detailed my car. I used the Armor All wipes and it left streaks everywhere on the interior. Tyler was able to get all of that out and put my car back to new. He is VERY affordable and fast! I love that he is mobile and will come to me while I work. I can enjoy my weekends and not spend them at a car wash! This is the third vehicle Tyler has tinted for us. read more

Not very pleased! Will not be getting my tint redone. There was bubbles and dirt particles in the tint which are very Visible when you have dark black tint. He has redone it once and when I tried to set up another appointment for the same reason. He said that along the lines that I'm a difficult person to please. I know tint will not be perfect but I have gotten many cars tinted before with other tinting groups who I had no issue with me and their tint never looked like this and I never had to set up a fix it appointment. But I heard this guy was good, so I thought I should try something new but so far no good! I'm done! Now he won't take the tint off or anything and is not answering my calls. So now I have to pay my old guy to remove the old tint and replace it with the new tint which will be 3x as much if I just stuck with my usual guy it's ridiculous. So much for customer satisfaction and lifetime warranty on tint. read more

Tyler did a tint job on my BMW E30 and it came out nasty. I noticed right away that bubbles were present at the corners of the glass but he told me to give it a few days to "dry up" and the bubbles would disappear. After 5 days, I called him and told him the bubbles never went away and he promised to stop by and re-do the glass. All he gave me was "LIP Service" and he never showed up for the appointment. I end up spending more to re-do the tint job. I you want a good tint job, go someplace else. read more

I had Tyler tint all 3 of my vehicles & the tint was coming off on the top of the driver & passenger side window of two of the vehicles witch he had to redo & one of them after the second time now has bubbles in it. The other vehicle the front windshield in different areas specially on the driver side is blurry. He said the water under it needs to dry, the blurry never went away. Shortly after that I had him tint the hole house. Every window in the house has bubbles in it, again he said the water needs to dry and it could take a mouth to go away. Then he did my parents truck, also the tint on the top was pilling off. He redid that, & that to come off. So they took somewhere else & had it redone. He kept blaming it on the film. So I had two other companies come out to take a look @ my house & trucks. They couldn't believe the workman ship. they said he cleanly didn't clean the widows good enough. There is sand on the film or windows & that why the bubbles never went away. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANY BUDDY AND I THINK HE IS WAY OVER PRICED. Because the to companies I had come out for my house was $500 & $800 dollars cheaper. read more
