I sent the owner pictures of the ceiling interior and asked for clarification on interior detailing. The headliner/ceiling had very obvious make-up stains near the visors and dog hair and stains that would think would be cleaned when you fork out $290! He never responded. Fantastic field service management. 2-3 updates as to when the field agent would be out along with his personal phone number. The gentleman, Nicholas was young but professional. He was honest about not being able to pick up every grain of sand but all Cheerios and toys were gone. The car went from looking like a 3 year old warzone to a brand new car. It's expensive and takes a while but it's worth it. $400 for 4 hours but it's extensively so well done. Best we've had yet. I checked on him working out in that hot sun a few times and he was focused and working very hard. I went with this company because of the reviews and was super excited. However, upon further inspection of my car there were parts of my car that were not cleaned properly or even touched. I will say the assigned detailer was very nice and removed a stain that had been bothering me but for the price I paid, the service was not worth it. I got some deep scratches on my car from going thru a car wash and I was stressing about it and I really felt like I need answers ASAP. Got the ceramic wash - and the car is silky smooth. But their booking process is a bit much - and I didn't read the details. I just assumed as one went further down the list, we were building up the service. So after 90 minutes the car is looking great. From the outside. The interior wasn't touched. That's an add-on I forgot to check...will remember the next time. I thought I heard a vacuum but maybe that was for something else... Update: looking up the description more it was a blowdry touchless dry process. Not a vacuum. Still really strange to open the trunk and see a lot of dirt in the lip of the door after getting a wash but I guess I selected a wash where they didn't open any doors at all.
