I can't say enough about the experience I had with Smith Bros Detailing. From the start the communication was on point. Every step of the way I knew when my technician would arrive at my house. Once the technicians arrived they took the time to take photos of the car do a thorough walk around with me and ask if there were any areas I would like them to focus on. When they started on my car I noticed how delicate they were washing it, working on the rims and the attention to detail they gave my car. Had a leased vehicle that I needed a tint job completed on. As I just moved back into the area after being gone for a decade, I was in search of a place with stellar reviews. Smith Bros definitely fit that and the actual tint job itself was sold. My only angst was that I set this up as a mobile service, then I get a call within the time window asking if I had a garage available - to which I didn't. I understand it was an incredibly hot and humid day and perhaps that factored in, but earlier communication and transparency would have been nice. Additionally, I paid the same price driving 40-miles round trip to them as I would have had they came out to me; which doesn't make much sense. read more

Requested service online they were able to come out same day, 2 hours later. Fantastic field service management. 2-3 updates as to when the field agent would be out along with his personal phone number. The gentleman, Nicholas was young but professional. He was honest about not being able to pick up every grain of sand but all Cheerios and toys were gone. The car went from looking like a 3 year old warzone to a brand new car. It's expensive and takes a while but it's worth it. $400 for 4 hours but it's extensively so well done. Best we've had yet. We will do this once a year with this company and request the same service agent. Perfection on every level. read more

He listened and executed perfectly, while catching spots I even missed myself. Safe to say, I will be back as a happy customer. Thank you! I went with this company because of the reviews and was super excited. However, upon further inspection of my car there were parts of my car that were not cleaned properly or even touched. I will say the assigned detailer was very nice and removed a stain that had been bothering me but for the price I paid, the service was not worth it. I checked on him working out in that hot sun a few times and he was focused and working very hard. We had driven up the coast in my car and it had picked up some tar, which is very noticeable on a white car. Evan knew exactly what to do and explained it to me. They had next day availability and Donnie showed up right on time and worked diligently to bring my Honda Pilot back to life. They did a complete detail, plus restored my headlights and trim, and an ozone treatment to get rid of a lingering air freshener scent. Omg yall, I spilled something in my backseat and wanted it cleaned. Not only did the detailer (Ryan) clean the spill, he went above and beyond cleaning my car. It is SPARKLING. It has not been this clean since I bought it, literally. 2 years ago I went to a "hand wash detailer" on Rancho Del Oro, and paid $350 for the full detail. I had parts of my car NOT clean and it was overall such a waste of money I vowed to never detail and waste such money again. This was a FRACTION of that cost, not nearly as much at ALL, and this guy even got clean the parts of my car THAT WERE LEFT DIRTY BY THE OLD DETAILER!!! I screamed when I noticed bc it's been bugging me those two years!!! Not to mention, they got me in at 2pm when I called them at 10am!! They were able to squeeze me in when I really needed it and went ABOVE AND BEYOND. THANK U RYAN AND THANK YOU GUYS!!! I will 100% be back here hopefully for maintenance detailing NOT more big spills.
