Had the need to get some tires since I was riding on baldies and after finding Larry's online, I popped in to see what I could get for my ride. We arrived at a set of tires that would work for my car and we proceeded to get them all installed: balanced, mounted and I even had them do my alignment as it was off. While the guys in the shop were busy working, I spent a nice half hour chatting with Larry. We had to scoop the water out with cups and buckets before they would put it on the tow truck. The fact that I paid $9,000.00 to you and had to tow it out of your shop after you couldnt get it running again and told me you didn't want to work on it anymore is unacceptibe. I had to pay to tow it out of your shop for a 2 hour trip to Richmond. (wasn't cheep) . I took a vehicle there for a state inspection, but to first look at a wheel that had an intermittent squeak. Without even removing the wheel the diagnosis was a dragging caliper, an excessive repair charge (not paid) and a fail sticker for the inspection. After the taking the vehicle to a different repair shop the only issue was an imbalance in the pads and still with specs. Don't trust this shop for any reason.
