After my complimentary 15 min massage with Analisa, I scheduled an appointment right away with Analisa for the following week at MMA Wellness. Walking into MMA Wellness you get a feeling of comfort and ease. Because this was my very first appointment I had to go in 30 mins early to fill out paperwork and have my vitals take. Veronica, the front desk receptionist, was so helpful and very pleasant to deal with. After my massage with Analisa I felt wonderful. She mainly worked on my lower back during my massage which is where I have most of my discomfort and pain. After my massage I made another appointment for the following week. I was hooked! The morning of my second appointment, I received a message from Veronica stating that something came up and Analisa wouldn't be in and asked if I would like to reschedule or try another masseuse. I decided to go in and get a massage with Angel. Can I tell you a secret? Angel gave me one of the best massages I EVER had. I told her about my lower back issues from the start and was skeptical when she didn't start massaging my lower back to begin with. They currently have two locations and both have exceeded my expectations. I've never been to therapy before going here, but ever since my accident, my back, shoulder, and neck were affected. I didn't realize just how bad it was. I was experiencing burning sensations in my lower back to mid-back regions and it has helped it compared to how I felt after my accident. They have various modalities that they use to treat your pain such as acupuncture, a device that administers shock waves, chiropractors, a neurologist, and others that I have yet to experience.
