I stopped in at RepairAll Phone Repair on Monte Vista in Turlock to inquire about repair to my phone. Luis was kind enough to stop what he was doing and check my phone. Today we went to get a new phone and I felt so be little and discriminated by this employee! When walking in, all the employees made it seem we were an inconvenience. My sister and I are the only customers in the store. Management needs to get their staff together and remind them the only reason why they have their jobs is because of the customers and being racist is not a good look especially when they make it noticeable. The girl in the photo needs a reality check! For T Mobile to have this female represent the brand is completely not a good look and will not help your business. We work in Customer Service Management, my sister and I never had an experience like this. We've been with T-Mobile for 20 years and this location always give us BS.
