And I'll never go to Metro PCS, as they use the AT&T network. And I really will never get service from Metro PCS again, had their service before and had a lot of problems with the service. And I've used Cricket before and didn't really care for the phones or the service. Nation Wide service and have add ons for different countries. No Roaming Charges either. Gotta love them...

Two weeks ago, I paid to have my phone screen fixed here. The SAME DAY I left their shop, my screen started blacking out. I immediately called and reported the issue, and the guy told me to record it if it happened again and bring the phone back in so they could fix it. When I went back, they told me they didn't have the screen in stock and that they would "call me" once they got it. Days went by, my phone kept getting worse, and every time I tried to follow up it was one excuse after another. I was told to come back multiple times, only to find the shop CLOSED during business hours with no answer on the phone. When I finally did get ahold of the owner, instead of helping, he was rude, dismissive, and even hung up on me. I asked for a refund since they clearly couldn't fix the issue, but was told they "don't do refunds." I asked where is their posted sign that says no refund , since every legitimate business is supposed to display it, and was told they "don't need to have one." Basically, they take your money, do a poor job, and leave you stuck. They kept pushing me off, telling me "come back in 3 days," then "come back in 2 weeks," then just flat out ignoring my calls. After all this time, my phone is still not fixed, the money I paid, and I've only been treated with disrespect & rudeness. The second screen was delayed via shipping and I would have been out a phone for over a week. He did lend me a phone until then which was nice, but still very inconvenient because I had none of my stuff on there (contacts, photos, apps). Upon receiving the phone with the new screen, the next day I noticed the color of the screen when outside would get all inverted, but neon. Photos attached. I believe this was an installation issue rather than a screen issue. It only happens when I'm outside, with a colder temperature change. When I explained this to him, he said that there was "no warranty" despite paying $200. And that the only step offered was to send the screen back to the manufacturer, which would take 7-10 business days - once again leaving me without a phone. Also, if the screen broke when they took it off, I would be out of luck. So why would I risk that? He also insinuated I dropped the phone for that to happen, which was kind of insulting, especially reporting the issue within 24 hours? I am now stuck with a screen that does not work, and a useless phone. I wish I would have just kept my shattered screen because at least I could actually use the phone. One inconvenience after another and while I understand a lot of this was out of his control, it still does not negate my very negative experience here. I now have to upgrade and get a new phone. I am beyond upset.
