I had to return again for a follow up in hopes of a solution, but that was even more of a waste of time. They tested it right away and explained that the battery health was low. They gave me a clear price and fixed it the same day. Now my phone works perfectly and lasts all day again. I also noticed they do a lot more than just repairs. They fix tablets, laptops, screens, charging ports, and cameras, sell new and used unlocked phones, passport photos, and carry tons of accessories. I made a couple of calls and could not find a company to service it. I found Suntel through a Google search for "cell phone repair Sunnyside". Spoke with Raymond, who said he could fix the phone that day. Suntel is not primarily a retail operation. In fact, they primarily do repairs and refurbishment work for larger firms. Therefore, you need to ring the doorbell and one of the repair staff will let you in. Turns out Raymond is the owner and has a staff of about 50 employees. He personally repaired the droid. I had been quoted $80-100 elsewhere. Suntel did it for $50 and it took less than an hour. I valued the timeliness and price and would definitely return with any problems I had with other electronic devices

The phone ended up not working fully. It can not receive calls even the customer service rep over the phone told him it may be a defective phone. He refused to provide his name because he started acting like a chick once he got on the phone with his boss saying I have an active phone so just come back at 8am and they can fix the problem. Meanwhile, I look on line now and they do not open until 10. Karma is real and he will realize it one day.
